The New World Order believes that God made a mistake, and it’s up to the New World Order to correct it. They are accomplishing this in several ways, including changing the focus of worship from religion to reason. What better way to accomplish this than by infiltrating the churches?

They have done it slowly, over many years, so people would not realize what is happening and then destroy their plan for accomplishing their goal. Perhaps you’ve heard about the anecdote of the frog in boiling water. If a frog is placed in a pot of boiling water, it will immediately jump out. However, if a frog is put in a pot of cold water that is gradually heated, the frog will boil to death because it will not realize the danger it is in until it’s too late to jump out.

How can you protect yourself from becoming a frog in a pot? If you are a Christian, read the Bible and become familiar with it so you can recognize false doctrine when you hear it.

BAPTISTS —

The Baptist religion believes that only someone believing in the religion should be baptized, as opposed to infant baptism. A baptism is performed by complete immersion.

jessejacksonA well-known Baptist is Rev. Jesse Jackson (CFR), an American civil rights activist, Baptist minister, and politician. He gained prominence while working for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. When King was assassinated on April 4, 1968, in a motel, Jackson was in the building, but not at the scene.

In 1971, Jackson organized People United to Save Humanity (Operation PUSH), later changing the name to People United to Serve Humanity. He envisioned Operation PUSH focusing on politics, and persuading politicians to improve economic opportunities for blacks and the poor.

In 1984, Jackson organized the Rainbow Coalition, and resigned as Operation PUSH president to run for U. S. president. Jackson remained chairman of the board of Operation PUSH. By 1987, PUSH was conducting boycotts of businesses to obtain more jobs and business opportunities for blacks. Social programs, including housing, social services and voter registration, were being run by PUSH. Contributions from businesses and individuals were funding the organization. In 1996, the Operation PUSH and Rainbow Coalition organizations merged into Rainbow/PUSH. These “shake downs” brought in $17 million in 2000!

As a political activist, Jackson ran for president of the United States in 1984 and 1988. His campaign platforms were considered very liberal and focused on progressive causes in addition to civil rights issues.

In 1998, Jackson had an extramarital affair with a staffer, resulting in a daughter being born in 1999. According to reports at the time, the Rainbow Push Coalition paid the staffer $15,000 in moving expenses and $21,000 for contracting work. When the affair became public, a promised $40,000 for future contracting work was revoked.

THE CATHOLIC CHURCH —

At approximately 1.2 billion members worldwide, the Catholic Church is the largest Christian church. The head of the Church is the Bishop of Rome, called the Pope. The office of the Pope is the papacy. His ecclesiastical jurisdiction, which is the jurisdiction exercised by church leaders over other leaders and non-clergy members, is the Diocese of Rome, which is often called “the Holy See” or “the Apostolic See.” The Apostolic See name is based on the belief that the Bishop of Rome is the successor of St. Peter (Peter the Apostle), considered by the Church to be the first pope, and was ordained by Jesus Christ. The Church also teaches that its bishops are the successors of Christ’s apostles.

The Pope has always played a major role throughout history. In addition to helping to spread Christianity and resolving various doctrinal disputes, the Pope often acted as a negotiator between Christian monarchs. Today, in addition to the expansion of Christianity, popes are involved in uniting Christians worldwide, charitable work, and defending human rights.

The Pope is also head of state of Vatican City, a sovereign city-state entirely enclaved within the city of Rome, the capital of Italy.

The Catholic Church teaches that it is the one true church founded by Jesus Christ. Many other Christian religions also say they are the one true church.

An October 2015 synod (meeting of bishops) to discuss sensitive issues such as homosexuality, began with a letter of rebellion signed by 13 cardinals and given to Pope Francis. Why would something like this happen? Because the Pope’s liberal views, which some Vatican cardinals are opposed to, are causing a split in the beliefs of the church.

An example of the Pope’s liberal views would be homosexuality. According to Pope Francis, the Church needs “its doors open to welcome all those who knock,” and not “point the finger in judgement” of others. In 2013, the Pope famously said, “Who am I to judge?’ when questioned about homosexuality in the Church.

How is someone judging when they are following what the Bible says? There are numerous scriptures in the Bible that refer to the sin of homosexuality, such as in Romans 1:26-27:

“For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.”

Church policy, instituted in 2005, prevents clergy from becoming ordained priests if they have homosexual tendencies. Enforcement of the policy is inconsistent, since many bishops ignore it if the priests are celibate.

A report written by the Church’s “Commission for religious relations with the Jews,” said converting to Christianity was not necessary for Jews to gain eternal salvation. According to the report, “Although Jews cannot believe in Jesus Christ as the universal redeemer, they have a part in salvation, because the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.” In addition, the report said Jews should not be proselytized.

Is this what the Bible says? Some examples of what the Bible says about being saved are as follows —

Acts 4:12:

“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.”

John 14:6:

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

The Catholic Church in the United States —

The Catholic Church in the United States is in financial disarray due to the $3 billion in payments to clergy sex-abuse victims. Even though this could have a major impact on pensions for priests, the Archdiocese of New York was Manhattan’s largest land owner in 2012. The church spent $170 billion in 2010.

The child abuse scandal has caused millions of members to leave the church during the past 14 years, with three million (6%) leaving since 2007. “Former Catholics” amount to more than 25 million adults, and have doubled in number since 2000.

A Jesuit priest and analyst for the National Catholic Reporter said, “The bishops in the United States over the past 10 years have tended to focus on abortion, gay marriage and this religious freedom issue. He (Pope Francis) wants them to move in a different direction . . . He’s not going to succeed unless the rest of the church gets behind him, particularly the bishops and the priests.” What “different direction” is the Jesuit referring to? Away from Catholic teachings and the Bible?

American Catholics are viewing the Pope unfavorably in steadily increasing numbers as he diverges from Bible scripture and Catholic teachings. The pope’s favorability opinion dropped by approximately 20% from 2014 to 2015, where it was 71%. There was nearly a 40% drop in conservative favorability opinion between 2014 and 2015, when it was 45%. American Catholics objected most to the Pope’s encyclical when he referred to climate change as, “one of the principal challenges facing humanity in our day.”

The Catholic Relief Services President, Kenneth F. Hackett, is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations Religious Advisory Committee.

Liberation Theology —

Liberation theology appears to overcome poverty by attacking sin, the believed root of the problem. Christian theology, political activism (social justice), and human rights are assessed from the viewpoint of the poor.

Liberation theology began in the 1950s in the Latin American Catholic Church. The Latin American Episcopa Conference (CELAM), created in Rio de Janeiro in 1955, advocated for the Second Vatican Council to embrace social justice. Pope Paul VI tried to inihibit the liberation theology movement, but it steadily grew into its current form of an international and inter-denominational juggernaut. Other types of theology include Asian liberation theology, Black liberation theology, feminist theology, womanist theology, and Mujerista theology.

The term liberation theology is from a 1971 book, A Theology of Liberation, written by a Peruvian priest. There have been socialist organizations in the Catholic Church for decades, including the Catholic Worker movement that was co-founded by the American Communist Dorothy Day in 1933.

Liberation theology focuses on practice instead of doctrine. This included practitioners interpreting the Bible rather than accepting doctrine. As a result, popes have been against it. Pope Benedict XVI called liberation theology a political interpretation of the Bible. He also said it contained Marxism elements.

The United States also called liberation theology Marxist after the Vatican condemned it in 1984 and 1986.

Reportedly, Pope Francis was against liberation theology in the 1970s, although he did support the basis of liberation theology. Several years ago the Pope said, “The option for the poor comes from the first centuries of Christianity. It’s the Gospel itself. If you were to read one of the sermons of the first fathers of the Church, from the second or third centuries, about how you should treat the poor, you’d say it was Maoist or Trotskyist. The Church has always had the honor of this preferential option for the poor…At the Second Vatican Council the Church was redefined as the People of God and this idea really took off at the Second Conference of the Latin-American bishops in Medellín”.

A reconciliation with liberation theologists seemed to have taken place in 2014 when Pope Francis met with a priest who was a known advocate of liberation theology. In 2015, the Peruvian priest claimed no rehabilitation of liberation theology was occurring, since it had never been “dishabilitated.”

In 1958, Cleon Skousen, a former FBI agent, police chief, and university professor, wrote a book, The Naked Communist, based on his knowledge of Communist writings, and of their activities, through FBI informants. That book contained a list of 45 Communist goals for their plan for America to slide into Socialism as part of the Communist strategy to take over the world. On January 10, 1963, Congressman Albert S. Herlong Jr., of Florida, read the list of these Communist goals into the Congressional Record.

One of the goals, Goal No. 27, states, “Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity, which does not need a “religious crutch.” Could this be the reason why Liberation Theology began in Latin America, so that it would expand into the United States?

Lawlessness in the Vatican —

The latest Vatican scandal involves brothels and massage parlors operating on Vatican-owned property and being used by priests. This information was leaked in November 2015, after it was learned financial investigators suspected the Congregation for the Propagation of the Faith department in the Vatican was involved in money laundering, insider trading, and market manipulation.

This follows the first Vatileaks scandal involving priests shsring an apartment block with a homosexual sauna in 2013. A portion of the building was purchased in 2008 by the Holy See. The remainder of the building is advertised as “Italy’s best-known gay sauna,” and includes a Turkish bath and massages, among other amenities.

The timing of the scandal couldn’t be worse for Pope Francis as he commanded that temptations of power and money be rejected by the Church. At the same time, however, Pope Francis and the Vatican are abetting the migrant crisis in Europe.

For decades, the money generated by immigrants and refugees for the Church appears to have masqueraded as concern the Church had for these people. Institutions, including the European Union, pay organizations, many controlled by the Vatican, to build refugee centers for immigrants.

The United Nations has been pressuring the Holy See since early 2014, concerning worldwide child abuse by the clergy. According to a UN Committee on the Rights of the Child report, “The committee is gravely concerned that the Holy See has not acknowledged the extent of the crimes committed, has not taken the necessary measures to address cases of child sexual abuse to protect children, and has adopted policies and practices which have led to the continuation of the abuse by, and the impunity of, the perpetrators.” Reportedly, immigrants have been abused and treated as sex slaves by clergy members in some cases.

Yet, the Vatican Flag flew at the UN building for Pope Francis’s September 2015 visit, following the passing of a special law.

How Pope Francis Spreads the Teachings of Jesus Christ —

A major responsibility of popes is spreading Christianity, and now they also defend human rights. To understand how Pope Francis is preaching false doctrine, it’s important to know his background.

Pope Francis was born Jorge Mario Bergoglio in 1936, and once worked as a bouncer.

At 16, Bergoglio observed a priest hearing a confession, and it became a life-changing experience. He later said, “Something strange happened to me in that Confession. I don’t know what it was, but it changed my life.”

Being a Jesuit novice in Cordoba, Argentina at age 21, Bergoglio was facing more than 10 years of training to become a Jesuit. The training is designed to create a unit of men capable of performing a mission anywhere in the world for the “greater glory of God.”

By age 50, Bergoglio had spent many years as head of the Jesuits in Argentina. During that time, he had difficulties with some priests heavily into liberation theology, which some called Christianized Marxism, and had them removed from any powerful positions. Unfortunately for Bergoglio, there were now some Jesuit leaders in Rome. They took Bergoglio’s rectory away from him, gave it to the liberation theologians Bergoglio had removed from power, and gave those priests the responsibility of deciding Bergoglio’s fate.

Eventually Bergoglio returned to Argentina where he spent the next two years silently suffering in, “a time of great interior crisis.” Commenting on his time of punishment, Bergoglio said, “It is a dark time, when one does not see much. I prayed a lot, I read, I wrote quite a bit and lived my life. What I did in Cordoba had more to do with my inner life.” Bergoglio said in one of his writings, “It could happen that one falls into a kind of spiritual victimization, considering that ‘they hurt me without any reason.'”

A longtime friend of Bergoglio’s commented, “I would say that many things that he is living through today got their start here in Cordoba.”

Interviewed in 2010, Bergoglio talked about a much-admired book, “A Theology of Failure,” which suggests that, in human terms, Jesus was a failure. Does this sound familiar? Bergoglio has said this several times, including as pope. The book’s author says, “Jesus died believing he had been forsaken by God and had failed at his divinely appointed mission.”

What does the Bible say about the crucifixion? In Hebrews 2:14-16 it says —

“Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.”

These scriptures mean that Jesus Christ became mortal so he could suffer and die as we do, and then be resurrected to give everlasting life to the faithful followers of Christ. By dying on the cross, he triumphed over Satan.

At a weekly general audience talk before approximately 33,000 people on June 25, 2014, Pope Francis told them there is no such thing as “do-it-yourself” Christians or “free agents” in matters of faith. He also said, “a personal, direct, immediate relationship with Jesus Christ without communion with and the mediation of the church,” was a “dangerous” temptation to believe. At the conclusion of his talk, the Pope asked people to join him in praying that they would never “give into the temptation of thinking you can do without others, without the church, that you can save yourself, of thinking you can be a laboratory Christian.” The Pope continued, “It is through our brothers and sisters with their gifts and their limits that he comes to us and makes himself known. This is what belonging to the church means. Remember: being Christian means belonging to the church. If your first name is Christian, your last name is Member of the Church.” The Pope added that Christians belong to a long line of believers who handed on the faith and challenged one another to live it fully.

While it’s true that people need to be around other people, a person can only save themself. One person cannot save another person. There is no such thing as collective salvation.

What does the Bible say? In Ephesians 2:8-10 it says —

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”

These scriptures mean that to be saved, a person must be faithful to the teachings of Christ, do good works that Christ taught us to do, and then God will decide if a person is worthy of being saved.

During a 2015 trip to South America, Pope Francis urged world leaders to try new ways to help the poor, and abandon policies that “sacrifice human lives on the altar of money and profit.” On more than one occasion the Pope denounced uncontrolled capitalism.

At an appearance in Bolivia, the Pope urged the oppressed to change the world economic order, and called for the “sacred rights” of labor, lodging and land for the poor. “Putting bread on the table, putting a roof over the heads of one’s children, giving them health and an education, these are essential for human dignity,” he said. This is the Communism form of social justice.

The Pope also said that “a human face” must be put on economic development. He then condemned “the idolatry of money and the dictatorship of an impersonal economy lacking a truly human purpose . . . Corruption is the plague, it’s the gangrene of society.”

Pope Francis completed his visit to Equador by calling for a new economic and ecological world order where the goods of the Earth are shared by everyone, not just exploited by the rich. He’s calling for a New World Order.

The Pope again mentioned global warming and stated, “As stewards of these riches which we have received, we have an obligation toward society as a whole and toward future generations. We cannot bequeath this heritage to them without proper care for the environment, without a sense of gratuitousness born of our contemplation of the created world. The goods of the Earth are meant for everyone, and however much someone may parade his property, it has a social mortgage. The tapping of natural resources, which are so abundant in Ecuador, must not be concerned with short-term benefits.”

In Pope Francis’s encyclical that was released in June 2015, he linked protecting the environment with protecting the life of an unborn child. “Since everything is interrelated, concern for the protection of nature is also incompatible with the justification of abortion,” Pope Francis wrote. He stated that humanity can never learn the value of “other vulnerable beings” if we “fail to protect a human embryo, even when its presence is uncomfortable and creates difficulties”.

Protecting the environment is important, but how can nature be interrelated to humans when nature existed millions of years before Man appeared?

In August 2015, Pope Francis said divorced and remarried Catholics should be welcomed with “open doors.” Then, in reference to homosexuality, he said, “Who am I to judge?” If you are following the scriptures, are you judging? In Leviticus 18:22 it says —

“Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.”

Also in August, Pope Francis blessed an author for “spreading authentic human and Christian values.” The author, who is a lesbian and non-Catholic, had sent copies of her books to the Pope. According to the author, “My books present different types of families without setting any of them up as a model.” She praised the pope for showing “respect and dignity” towards her, her wife and their four children.“ Vatican officials rushed to downplay the Pope’s blessing in light of recent criticism about the Pope promoting global government and “man-made climate change.”

Are lesbians mentioned in the Bible? In Romans 1:26 it says —

“For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:”

Early in 2015, Pope Francis announced a Jubilee year would run from December 8, 2015, until November 20, 2016. The Jubilee, a time for remission and forgiveness, would be celebrated in dioceses around the world, not just at the Vatican.

In May, the Vatican announced that abortion would be included in the Jubilee as being a pardonable sin. Originally, only a certain, limited number of priests would be granted the power to forgive abortion. Bishops are already able to authorize priests in their dioceses to forgive those who have abortions or perform abortions.

On September 1, 2015, the Pope asked priests to pardon women who have abortions during the Jubilee year. “I have decided, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, to concede to all priests for the Jubilee Year the discretion to absolve of the sin of abortion those who have procured it and who, with contrite heart, seek forgiveness,” he said. The Pope also said he knew that while “abortion is experienced by some with a superficial awareness” many others “believe that they have no other option”. The Pope added that he was “well aware of the pressure” that some women were under to abort, adding that he had “met so many women who bear in their heart the scar of this agonizing and painful decision”.

In absolving the sin of abortion during the Jubilee year, the Pope overruled hardline traditionalists within the Catholic Church. In Catholic doctrine, abortion is considered a very serious sin punishable by excommunication. When someone is excommunicated from the Catholic Church, they are considered to be condemned to Hell in the afterlife.

The Pope’s action was viewed as another positive example of trying to bridge the gulf “between what the hierarchy says and what ordinary Catholics really do,” by the U. S.-based pro-choice Catholics for Choice organization. But only allowing one year for forgiveness “suggests that he still has a blind spot when it comes to women and what they want.”

The Pope also called for amnesty for prisoners in jails across the world who have repented. “The Jubilee Year has always constituted an opportunity for great amnesty, which is intended to include the many people who, despite deserving punishment, have become conscious of the injustice they worked,” he said.

If someone has “become conscious of the injustice they worked,” why should they receive a pardon for jail time they were sentenced to for the crimes they committed?

Pope Francis berated some Church leaders who “bury their heads in the sand” and hide behind rigid doctrine while people suffer, following a bishops’ meeting on family issues. Since being elected in 2013, the Pope has insisted that the Catholic Church be open to change, side with the poor, and eliminate some of the trappings that have divided Catholics.

The Pope added that the synod had “laid bare the closed hearts which frequently hide even behind the Church’s teachings or good intentions, in order to sit in the chair of Moses and judge, sometimes with superiority and superficiality, difficult cases and wounded families”.

He also condemned “conspiracy theories” and the “blinkered viewpoints” of some attendees at the meeting. He added that the Church could not transmit its message to new generations “at times encrusted in a language which is archaic or simply incomprehensible”.

The synod is an advisory body that cannot alter church doctrine. The Pope decides on any changes and can write a document known as an “apostolic exhortation” to encourage people to undertake a certain activity, but does not define doctrine.

In many scriptures the Bible cautions us about the necessity to determine if what we are being told is in the Bible, including in 1 John 4:1

“Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.”

This means you are not to believe everything you hear, but you are to study the scriptures to determine the truth because there are so many false prophets around. Occasionally, Pope Francis does preach the truth. This is called brainwashing. If the truth is mixed in with false doctrine, you are more likely to believe the false doctrine is also true.

In a magazine interview, Pope Francis urged the world to reject the “idolatry of money . . . Capitalism and profit are not diabolical if we don’t turn them into idols. They are not if we just leave them as tools . . . Nevertheless, if money and profit at any price become the idols that we adore, and if greed is the basis of our social and economic system, then our societies are heading towards ruin.”

What does the Bible say? In 1 Timothy 6:10 it says —

“For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.”

Then the Pope began propagandizing again.

The Pope said, “Man and all creation must not be at the service of money… humanity must renounce its adoration of money and instead put at its centre the person, the common good and future generations who will people the Earth after us,” and added that the world climate change conference in December 2015 could help turn that around.

How would the imposition of a $100 billion carbon tax for the New World Order, that has been estimated will kill one billion people and bankrupt numerous countries, help humanity to “renounce its adoration of money and instead put at its centre the person, the common good”?

In a sermon the Pope gave in the chapel at his residence on October 9, 2015, he spoke of how the devil tries to control the conscience of Man so he can no longer tell right from wrong. The Pope described how “temptations always return, the evil spirit never gets tired.” If the devil has been kicked out once, he is patient, waiting to return, and “If you let him in, you fall into a worse situation.”

Pope Francis said that when we begin saying things like, “This happens everywhere,” and “We are all sinners, when we say everybody, we mean nobody. And so we live this worldliness that is the child of the evil spirit.” He added that, “Calming the conscience, numbing the conscience, this is a great evil. When the devil manages to numb your conscience he has won a real victory. He has become the master of your conscience.”

Discernment and vigilance are how to fight the devil, the Pope said. We must be able to discern situations to determine what comes from God and what comes from the devil who “always tries to deceive and make us choose the wrong path.” The Christian must “discern and look well to see where things come from, and what their root is,” he added. The Christian cannot just accept anything.

The Pope said the Church “always encourages us to examine our conscience: What happened in my heart today, why? Did this well-mannered devil visit me today with his friends? Where do these comments, these words, these teachings come from, who says this? Discern and keep watch, so as not to let in the one who deceives, seduces and fascinates.”

Is Pope Francis A false prophet as mentioned throughout the Bible? Is Pope Francis THE false prophet as mentioned in chapter 13 of Revelation? Only time will tell, but he clearly preaches doctrine that is contradictory to the Bible, while he is expanding the Christian faith and doctrine, according to his duties as the leader of the Catholic church.

Pope Francis Visited the United States in September, 2015 —

On September 22, 2015, Pope Francis arrived in Washington, D.C., for a five-day visit to the United States that would include an address to Congress.

According to a Holy See insider, Pope Francis’s visit was expected to focus on immigration, and the Pope would say, “let’s give our immigrant brothers and sisters a fair chance.”

This comment insinuates the U.S. doesn’t accept immigrants. Aside from being insulting, public data shows that in addition to having the largest percentage of foreign-born population in the world, the U.S. has accepted significantly more immigrants during the last 40 years than any other country.

Consisting of only 5% of the world’s population, the U. S. accepts 20% of the world’s immigrants. No country accepts even 5% of the world’s immigrants. In the Pope’s home country of Argentina with a population of 41.5 million, they accept less than 1% of the world’s immigrants.

Yet, the Pew Research Center says global poverty levels will remain unaffected by any amount of immigration. Approximately 66% (5 billion) of the world’s population lives on $10 or less each day. Unfortunately, this is 15 times larger than the population of the United States. Also reported is that the U.S. is now so saturated with immigrants that the middle class is being severely impacted by the many negative effects of immigration.

On September 23, 2015, the Pope visited the White House. In a perfectly timed photo, as the Pope is greeted by Obama, Obama appears to have horns coming out of his head. Amazingly, this is not the first picture of Obama with “horns.”

Vice President Biden (CFR), a Catholic, called the Pope’s visit an important moment for all Americans. “Pope Francis has breathed new life into what I believe is the central mission of our faith: Catholic social doctrine.” He added that the Pope “has become a moral rudder for the world on some of the most important issues of our time, from inequality to climate change.”

Speaking at the White House, the Pope was optimistic to hear that Obama is “proposing an initiative for reducing air pollution. Accepting the urgency, it seems clear to me also that climate change is a problem which can no longer be left to a future generation. When it comes to the care of our “common home,” we are living at a critical moment of history. We still have time to make the changes needed to bring about “a sustainable and integral development, for we know that things can change . . .” The Pope is pushing the New World Order’s agenda.

During a prayer service, Pope Francis impressed upon American bishops to welcome new immigrants into the United States. Then the pope said, “The Church in the United States knows like few others the hopes present in the hearts of these pilgrims. From the beginning you have learned their languages, promoted their cause, made their contributions your own, defended their rights, helped them to prosper, and kept alive the flame of their faith. Even today, no American institution does more for immigrants than your Christian communities.” How have these “pilgrims” (actually criminals because they illegally entered the country) shown their appreciation to the American people? They displace Americans in the workplace because they will accept far less than an American worker would, thereby lowering wages and the standard of living for everyone, and then the American has to pay for the welfare for the illegal aliens and their family members. They also steal from, kill, and rape Americans at the rate of at least 12 every day! The United States takes in 20% of the world’s immigrants, while the next closest country takes in 5%. But it still isn’t enough. When will enough be enough? In about 2040, when Whites become the minority in America?

After praising the U.S. for everything we have done to help immigrants, the Pope then tells us how to assist immigrants. “Offer them the warmth of the love of Christ and you will unlock the mystery of their heart. I am certain that, as so often in the past, these people will enrich America and its church,” he said. What did the Pope mean when he said “America and it’s church?” America has no state religion. Was he referring to the Catholic religion? Approximately 22% of Americans are Catholics.

While visiting Washington, Pope Francis paraded through the streets in his Pope mobile waving to the crowds. At one point, a “spontaneous moment” seemed to have occurred when a hesitant young girl was allowed to wrap an arm around his neck as he offered her a kiss and a blessing.

As it was later learned, one year of planning by coalition members of Los Angeles-based immigration rights groups was required to produce the “spontaneous moment.” How staged was this? Sophie had to get into the parade route, get past police, FBI, Border Patrol, Homeland Security, and the pope’s private security, and then get the pope’s attention. After Pope Francis called for her to approach his vehicle, she gave him a T-shirt and handwritten letter to rescue DAPA, the Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Legal Permanent Residents program that would allow her illegal alien parents to stay in the country. Would a 5-year-old really know about DAPA? The letter, of course, was written by the Full Rights for Immigrants Coalition.

“We planned to do this from the moment we learned he was coming to the States,” according to a member of the Full Rights for Immigrants Coalition. “We have been working for a while now trying to sensitize the American public that dealing with immigration is not just dealing with the people who came in without proper documents but that we also have … countless children whose parents are undocumented.” The group was prepared to go to New York and even Philadelphia if Sophie hadn’t been able to get the Pope’s attention in Washington.

“I believe I have the right to live with my parents,” Sophie said following her meeting with the Pope. “I have the right to be happy. My dad works very hard in a factory galvanizing pieces of metal. All immigrants just like my dad feed this country. They deserve to live with dignity. They deserve to live with respect.” No Sophie, all immigrants do not feed this country. Most immigrants send a remittance back to family members in Mexico and other Latin America countries. The majority of this remittance money is paid under the table, which means no taxes are paid on the money. This lowers everyone’s standard of living. In a typical year, remittances to Mexico amount to $25 billion, and is their main source of income other than oil.

What happened to Sophie after her “spontaneous moment?” Her family now works with Mark Zuckerberg‘s multi-million-dollar lobbying group FWD.us. Reading a fear-mongering script about “how her family would be ripped apart” if illegal aliens are deported from America, Sophie was featured in an ad campaign.

On September 24, 2015, Pope Francis became the first pope to ever address Congress. His comments were about many of the same topics he normally mentions.

Concerning immigration the Pope said that, ‘Our world is facing a refugee crisis of a magnitude not seen since the Second World War. This presents us with great challenges and many hard decisions. On this continent, too, thousands of persons are led to travel north in search of a better life for themselves and for their loved ones, in search of greater opportunities. Is this not what we want for our own children?” Do we want to invade a foreign country and make their citizens and their children destitute to provide for our children? What kind of a message is that to send to children? As with all of those that advocate the Communist social justice point of view, they never mention the most basic of concerns: If a country cannot take care of its own citizens, how can they be expected to take care of others?

The Pope added, “We must not be taken aback by their numbers, but rather view them as persons, seeing their faces and listening to their stories, trying to respond as best we can to their situation. To respond in a way which is always humane, just and fraternal. We need to avoid a common temptation nowadays: to discard whatever proves troublesome. Let us remember the Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. This Rule points us in a clear direction. Let us treat others with the same passion and compassion with which we want to be treated. Let us seek for others the same possibilities which we seek for ourselves. Let us help others to grow, as we would like to be helped ourselves.” Yet the Vatican is a government that has among the most restrictive immigration and citizenship policies of any nation in the world. Approximately 450 of its nearly 800 residents are actually citizens. The citizens include church cardinals living in the Vatican, the Holy See’s diplomats around the world, and those living and working in the city, such as the Swiss Guard. Spouses and children of citizens are also citizens.

No country is more generous in helping needy people than Americans. How have some of these illegal aliens shown their appreciation for what they are being given for free? They are bringing diseases our country has not seen in decades, or in some cases never seen before. They are immediately placed on welfare at taxpayers expense. If they get jobs, it will be jobs that Americans used to have. They will accept less pay than Americans were paid, thus lowering the standard of living for everyone. They are being given green cards so they can get driver’s licenses, which will enable them to vote. What will they vote for? How about gun confiscation, no freedom of speech, no freedom of the internet. no two-term limit for the president perhaps, etc. Remember, these people come from Communist countries and don’t know what freedom is like, so they will vote however they are told to vote so they don’t have to go back to their countries. Is this really what the Golden Rule means?

The Pope invoked the Golden Rule in demanding generosity toward the millions of Central and South Americans seeking to come to the country. Yet, remittances from the U.S. to Latin America were approximately $54 billion in 2013. The remittances are sent from illegals working in the U.S. back to family members in their home countries. This is money paid to illegals so taxes are usually not paid on it, and is money that should be in our economy.

Rep. Michael Burgess (R-TX), said the U.S. is already doing its part to heed calls for compassion. “The thing that always strikes me when we get into these discussions is the United States takes in more people every year legally than the rest of the world combined,” he said. “You start from that premise — it was 1.7 million last year, you want to add another 400,000 to 600,000 that came in without the benefit of doing it the right way. What is the right number? If over 2 million is not enough, would someone please tell me what that right number is, and would other countries act accordingly.”

The Pope even lectured Congress on what is the appropriate punishment for people convicted of certain crimes.

‘This conviction has led me, from the beginning of my ministry, to advocate at different levels for the global abolition of the death penalty. I am convinced that this way is the best, since every life is sacred, every human person is endowed with an inalienable dignity, and society can only benefit from the rehabilitation of those convicted of crimes,” the Pope said.

A murderer does not view the life of his victim as “sacred.” Also, studies have shown rehabilitation is not always possible for every crime committed.

“Recently my brother bishops here in the United States renewed their call for the abolition of the death penalty. Not only do I support them, but I also offer encouragement to all those who are convinced that a just and necessary punishment must never exclude the dimension of hope and the goal of rehabilitation.” Apparently denying someone the hope of living by murdering them is less important than making sure the killer is rewarded with leniency for denying it to his victim. Social justice for the killer; a casket for the victim. What a peculiar idea of justice.

What does the Bible say? In Genesis 9:6 it says —

“Whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.”

During his address to Congress, the Pope mentioned the names of four Americans that he considered examples of honorable American people. In addition to naming Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King, Jr., the Pope named Thomas Merton and Dorothy Day.

‘In these times when social concerns are so important, I cannot fail to mention the Servant of God Dorothy Day, who founded the Catholic Worker Movement. Her social activism, her passion for justice and for the cause of the oppressed, were inspired by the Gospel, her faith, and the example of the saints,” the Pope said.

Who was Dorothy Day? She was a committed Communist (Socialist) turned Catholic newspaper editor. At a young age, she became devoted to Communism. Her friends included the leadership of the Communist Party of the USA. Periodically describing herself as an anarchist, she participated in civil disobedience and was nationally recognized as a political radical.

Day co-founded the Catholic Worker Movement in 1933, beginning with the Catholic Worker magazine. Any organization that has Worker Movement is its name is usually Communist in origin.

In a 1951 edition of Catholic Worker, Day wrote that Marx, Lenin, and Mao Tse-Tung “were animated by the love of brother and this we must believe though their ends meant the seizure of power, and the building of mighty armies, the compulsion of concentration camps, the forced labor and torture and killing of tens of thousands, even millions.” In reality it was more than 80 million. Even though she understood how shocking her assertion would seem, she insisted that her belief that “all men are brothers” required the Catholic to find the humanity in everyone without exception.

Regarding Day’s life as an inspiration for the Catholic Church, Pope Benedict XVI used her conversion story as an example of how to “journey towards faith… in a secularized environment.” The Church has opened the cause for Day’s possible canonization, which was accepted by the Holy See for investigation. Due to this, the Church refers to her with the title of Servant of God.

In 2012, American bishops unanimously backed nominating Dorothy Day for sainthood. According to a Catholic Media Coalition author, “while she has the unanimous support of the bishops, Day is a controversial figure among many rank and file Catholics who do not consider her an acceptable role model. For them, she exemplifies the archetypal “liberal Catholic” or “social justice Catholic.” These terms refer to individuals who are often disposed to try to change the Church in various ways and who are strongly animated and influenced by left-leaning political ideology.

This is what the Pope calls an inspiration?

Who was Thomas Merton? According to Catholic Answers, Thomas Merton (1915–1968), was a womanizer, and member of the Young Communist League. He fathered a child, even though he was a Trappist monk, but he was also described as a Zen Buddhist by some.

While traveling through Asia shortly before he died, Merton wrote in his journal, “Last night I dreamed I was, temporarily, back at Gethsemani. I was dressed in a Buddhist monk’s habit, but with more black and red and gold, a “Zen habit,” in color more Tibetan than Zen . . . I met some women in the corridor, visitors and students of Asian religion, to whom I was explaining I was a kind of Zen monk and Gelugpa together, when I woke up.” (Asian Journal, 107) Is this something a Catholic and a Christian would write, or is it something a Zen Buddhist would write?

In commenting about the fight against poverty and hunger, the Pope said that many Americans are working on this problem, as they have in the past. He also said that, “It goes without saying that part of this great effort is the creation and distribution of wealth. The right use of natural resources, the proper application of technology and the harnessing of the spirit of enterprise are essential elements of an economy which seeks to be modern, inclusive and sustainable. “Business is a noble vocation, directed to producing wealth and improving the world. It can be a fruitful source of prosperity for the area in which it operates, especially if it sees the creation of jobs as an essential part of its service to the common good. This common good also includes the earth, a central theme of the encyclical which I recently wrote in order to “enter into dialogue with all people about our common home.” We need a conversation which includes everyone, since the environmental challenge we are undergoing, and its human roots, concern and affect us all.”

The Pope added that, ‘in Laudato Si’, I call for a courageous and responsible effort to “redirect our steps”, and to avert the most serious effects of the environmental deterioration caused by human activity. I am convinced that we can make a difference and I have no doubt that the United States – and this Congress – have an important role to play. Now is the time for courageous actions and strategies, aimed at implementing a “culture of care” and “an integrated approach to combating poverty, restoring dignity to the excluded, and at the same time protecting nature”. We have the freedom needed to limit and direct technology”; “to devise intelligent ways of… developing and limiting our power”; and to put technology “at the service of another type of progress, one which is healthier, more human, more social, more integral”. In this regard, I am confident that America’s outstanding academic and research institutions can make a vital contribution in the years ahead.”

The Pope is a shill for the New World Order.

In a speech at the UN on September 25, 2015, Pope Francis said, “It must be stated that a true ‘right of the environment’ does exist . . . We human beings are part of the environment. We live in communion with it, since the environment itself entails ethical limits which human activity must acknowledge and respect. … Any harm done to the environment, therefore, is harm done to humanity.” He added that, “Economic and social exclusion is a complete denial of human fraternity and a grave offense against human rights and the environment . . . The ecological crisis, and the large-scale destruction of biodiversity, can threaten the very existence of the human species.”

The Pope is saying the environment has equal rights to man. However, the Bible says —

Genesis 1:26

And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

Genesis 1:28

And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

These scriptures mean that man has dominion (control) over the earth. If you control something, it isn’t equal to you.

Pope Francis also said that the U.N. was created after World War II, at a moment of history “marked by our technical ability to overcome distances and frontiers and, apparently, to overcome all natural limits to the exercise of power . . . in the hands of nationalistic or falsely universalist ideologies, is capable of perpetrating tremendous atrocities.” Then he said, “The U.N. founding charter is based on the development and promotion of international law. The limitation of power is an idea implicit in the concept of law itself. … No human individual or group can consider itself absolute, permitted to bypass the dignity and the rights of other individuals or their social groupings.” Then why is he insisting the West accept untold millions of refugees and illegal aliens that will “bypass the dignity and the rights of other individuals or their social groupings” to change the Western civilization forever?

In reality, the UN was created as a replacement for the League of Nations. The League was created on January 10, 1920, as a result of the Paris Peace Conference that ended World War I. The League’s principal goal was to maintain world peace. At the heighth of its influence, between 1934 and 1935, the League had 58 members. When World War II began in 1939, it showed the League had been a complete failure in accomplishing its principal goal of preventing a future world war. During World War II, President Roosevelt began talks about creating an organization to replace the League of Nations. The UN charter was drafted in the spring of 1945, and became effective on October 24, 1945, when the UN officially began operations. World peace, again, is the primary goal of the international organization. On April 20, 1946, the League of Nations officially disbanded, and a number of agencies and organizations founded by the League were transferred to the UN.

On September 27, 2015, while giving a speech in Philadelphia, Pope Francis said religious freedom is a “fundamental right,” and described what it should be, but also warned about its perversion “as a pretext for hatred and brutality.” Religious freedom means the right to worship God, “as our consciences dictate,” the Pope said. He added that religion also serves society, especially as a bulwark “in the face of every claim to absolute power.”

The Pope also said that religious liberty is freedom to worship, but also to play a role in caring for others. Religious traditions, he added, “call to conversion, reconciliation, concern for the future of society, self-sacrifice in the service of the common good and compassion for those in need . . . At the heart of their spiritual mission is the proclamation of the truth and dignity of the human person and human rights.”

The Pope mentioned ways the exercise of religion suffered and how it could be twisted, without any specific references, such as to cruel interpretations of Islam by the Islamic State in Iraq, or defiance of the same-sex marriage rulings in America on religious grounds.

Obeying the law is a twisted exercise of religion, imagine that.

The Pope then said that globalization was a force for good if it worked toward equalizing, uniting and bringing respect to people. But if it “tries to make everybody even, as if it was a sphere, that globalization destroys the richness and specificity of each person and each people.” A disciple of the New World Order. How can it be good to work toward something (equalizing), but bad if you achieve it?

While visiting the United States, Pope Francis canonized Father Junipero Serra, a Franciscan monk that created Spanish missions along the California coast in the 1700s for the King of Spain. Father Serra was known for using a whip and musket as tools in building the missions. According to a University of California professor, even while Father Serra was using corporal punishment, it was controversial.

Descendants of the Maya Mexicans that had been abused by Father Serra tried to get an audience with the bishop of Los Angeles. They told the press that, “Who killed our people can not be worshiped among the righteous of God and the universal church.”

The Mexican Movement director and organizer of native opposition against the canonization of Serra, said: “He is not a Saint. His beatification is an insult being added to the crime of genocide – an affront like this cathedral built on land sacred to the Tongva who once inhabited these lands.”

Why has California’s native population that accused Father Serra of genocide and subjugation been ignored? The Knights of Columbus is pushing for the canonization. This includes the leader, Supreme Knight and Grand Master Carl Anderson, and 2016 presidential candidate Jeb Bush (CFR).

When asked about the “Black legend”, Anderson replied, “The presumption of the black legend is that the Indians — the native peoples — were treated cruelly, maybe were tortured, were exploited. When the fact of the matter is, what drove and motivated Junípero Serra and the other missionaries was the message of Our Lady of Guadalupe, that these people have dignity. When she appeared to Juan Diego, she said: ‘Am I not your Mother?’ Did she not come with their appearance, as one of them. She also said: ‘I have the honor to be your mother.’” Anderson blamed the state of California for what happened, and not the Catholic Church, when asked who was responsible. “Unfortunately, it was the State of California. You even have the governor of the time saying the Indians must be exterminated. There was no thought of treating the native people with the kind of respect and multiculturalism that Junípero Serra wanted. The governor stated this quite clearly and used the word ‘extermination,’ so it’s very clear what was going on,” he said.

How much does it cost a country when the pope visits? Well, there’s a chartered plane, the Pope mobile, a detailed security force, local police, and street closures wherever the Pope visits.

When the Pope visited the United States, he went to three cities. In one of the cities, Philadelphia, costs were estimated at $48 million. Who pays for this? Three guesses, and the first two don’t count!

The answer, of course, is that the Vatican never pays for any of the expenses. According to the author of God’s Bankers, “It’s really either the local Catholic dioceses that he’s visiting or sometimes the government.” The Department of Homeland Security classified the visit as a national security special event, which means they will contribute several million dollars towards the cost. The remainder of the costs will be from local authorities and Catholic groups. Prior to the pope’s visit, the World Meeting of Families in Philadelphia was trying to raise $45 million to help with expenses. Whatever costs can’t be paid for by the groups will be paid for by the taxpayer.

Pope Francis Pushes the New World Order —

The New World Order needs to destroy the national sovereignty of all countries before ushering in their one world government to rule the entire world. There are many operatives that do the bidding of the New World Order in many different ways.

To make it easier for Pope Francis to push his progressive agenda, the conservative and Wisconsin-born Cardinal Raymond Burke was demoted in 2015. The Pope’s liberal agenda has included relaxing established Catholic doctrine on major social issues, including abortion and homosexuality. Cardinal Burke has said, “The pope does not have the power to change teaching [or] doctrine.” The Cardinal has also said the Catholic Church has become “a ship without a rudder” since Pope Francis has been in charge.

Soon after the migrant crisis began in Europe in 2015, the Pope instructed “every” Catholic parish in Europe to shelter Syrian refugee families. In response to much criticism, the Pope said the Vatican would take in two families “fleeing death.” The Pope said, “I appeal to the parishes, the religious communities, the monasteries and sanctuaries of all Europe to … take in one family of refugees . . . Every parish, every religious community, every monastery, every sanctuary of Europe, take in one family.” Yet, 75% of the “asylum seekers from Syria” are actually single men in their 20s, jihadi age, and only 20% of the “asylum seekers from Syria” are actually from Syria.

As in any political organization, liberal progressives make it very difficult for conservatives in the Catholic Church to voice their concern and let members know what is really going on in the church. Conservatives are finding ways to get their messages out to the public. Commenting on the situation, a senior Vatican official said, “defending the real teachings of the church makes you look like an enemy of the pope . . . We have a serious issue right now, a very alarming situation where Catholic priests and bishops are saying and doing things that are against what the church teaches, talking about same-sex unions, about Communion for those who are living in adultery. And yet the pope does nothing to silence them. So the inference is that this is what the pope wants.”

The change in the direction of the Catholic Church began in 2014, the year after Pope Francis became pope, after he said to bishops, “Let no one say, ‘This you cannot say.’ ” To liberals, this meant that radical changes could be made that would directly contradict church doctrine and teachings.

One brave bishop stated in an open letter, “In trying to accommodate the needs of the age, as Pope Francis suggests, the Church risks the danger of losing its courageous, countercultural, prophetic voice, one that the world needs to hear.”

Speaking at the UN, the Pope promoted the UN’s Future Sustainable Development Goals when he expressed appreciation to the executives for their ability to create “harmonious economic and social development. The results of the Millennium Development Goals, especially in terms of education and the decrease in extreme poverty, confirm the value of the work of coordination carried out by this Chief Executives Board. At the same time, it must be kept in mind that the world’s peoples deserve and expect even greater results. An essential principle of management is the refusal to be satisfied with current results and to press forward, in the conviction that those gains are only consolidated by working to achieve even more. In the case of global political and economic organization, much more needs to be achieved, since an important part of humanity does not share in the benefits of progress and is in fact relegated to the status of second-class citizens. Future Sustainable Development Goals must therefore be formulated and carried out with generosity and courage, so that they can have a real impact on the structural causes of poverty and hunger, attain more substantial results in protecting the environment, ensure dignified and productive labor for all, and provide appropriate protection for the family, which is an essential element in sustainable human and social development.”

What are the Millennium Development Goals? They are eight goals concerning international development that the UN’s 189 members pledged to accomplish by 2015. Although the goals sound worthy, including eliminating extreme poverty and hunger, reducing childhood deaths, and fighting the deadliest diseases, as the saying goes, the devil is in the details.

One of the goals involves environmental sustainability. You’ve probably heard of sustainable development, since many cities are already implementing this. The goal of sustainable development is actually bankruptcy of cities, since it will cost billions and billions of dollars to comply with after creating a plethora of new laws. Bankruptcy is a stepping stone to one-world government.

Another goal involves private sector cooperation in making information and communication technology available to developing countries. Currently, the internet is used by 77% of the developed world, but only 31% of the developing world. This will probably involve lots of free equipment.

The plans for the Millennium Development Goals began in 1970, when the UN General Assembly declared, “Each economically advanced country will progressively increase its official development assistance to the developing countries and will exert its best efforts to reach a minimum net amount of 0.7 percent of its gross national product at market prices by the middle of the decade.” UN members have repeatedly “commit[ted] 0.7% of rich-countries’ gross national income to Official Development Assistance” during the last 35 years.

All UN programs involve wealth redistribution to eventually bankrupt the West. This is the doctrine of the New World Order.

When Pope Francis visited the United States in 2015, it was for the purpose of addressing the United Nations.

While in New York to address the UN, Pope Francis spoke at St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Pope Francis again repeated the rhetoric that Christianity and Islam are two paths to God, as well as other paths. This theory is growing in popularity worldwide. Some religious leaders attempt to merge the two religions, calling it “Chrislam.”

This is how the Pope began his address

“I would like to express two sentiments for my Muslim brothers and sisters: Firstly, my greetings as they celebrate the feast of sacrifice. I would have wished my greeting to be warmer. My sentiments of closeness, my sentiments of closeness in the face of tragedy. The tragedy that they suffered in Mecca.

In this moment, I give assurances of my prayers. I unite myself with you all. A prayer to almighty god, all merciful.”

Note the Pope’s use of “all merciful.” In Islam, one of Allah’s primary titles is “the all-merciful one”.

In his first ecumenical meeting after becoming Pope in March 2013, he said —

“I then greet and cordially thank you all, dear friends belonging to other religious traditions; first of all the Muslims, who worship the one God, living and merciful, and call upon Him in prayer, and all of you. I really appreciate your presence: in it I see a tangible sign of the will to grow in mutual esteem and cooperation for the common good of humanity.

The Catholic Church is aware of the importance of promoting friendship and respect between men and women of different religious traditions – I wish to repeat this: promoting friendship and respect between men and women of different religious traditions – it also attests the valuable work that the Pontifical Council for interreligious dialogue performs.”

Catholics and Muslims make up aproximately 30% of the world’s population. A one-world religion would need to include the members of both religions.

Apparently there is one different religious tradition the Pope does not approve of. Recently, the Pope referred to Christian fundamentalism as “a sickness“, and made it clear that there was no room for it in Catholicism. What is “fundamentalism”? It has been defined as “a form of a religion, especially Islam or Protestant Christianity, that upholds belief in the strict, literal interpretation of scripture.”

Does this mean Pope Francis is against any Christian that believes in a literal interpretation of the Bible?

Remember, a Jesuit senior analyst for the National Catholic Reporter was quoted as saying, “The bishops in the United States over the past 10 years have tended to focus on abortion, gay marriage and this religious freedom issue. He (Pope Francis) wants them to move in a different direction.”

Also during the Pope’s address at St. Patrick’s Cathedral he made the following shocking statement —

“The cross shows us a different way of measuring success. Ours is to plant the seeds. God sees to the fruits of our labors. And if at times our efforts and works seem to fail and not produce fruit, we need to remember that we are followers of Jesus Christ and his life, humanly speaking, ended in failure, the failure of the cross.”

Remember, this is a quote from a favorite book of Pope Francis’s, A Theology of Failure.

What does the Bible say about the cross? In Hebrews 12:2 it says —

“Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.”

This means that because Jesus endured the crucifixion and ignored the shame, he is now a leader in Heaven.

The Bible also tells us that Jesus willing gave his life, for the remission of our sins, knowing he would be resurrected. In John 10:18 it says —

“No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.”

The UN’s latest attempt at a New World Order was launched in a new universal agenda for humanity titled, “Transforming Our World: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.” The preamble states, “All countries and all stakeholders, acting in collaborative partnership, WILL implement this plan . . . We are determined to take the bold and transformative steps which are urgently needed to shift the world onto a sustainable and resilient path. We are resolved to free the human race from the tyranny of poverty and want and to heal and secure our planet. We are determined to take the bold and transformative steps which are urgently needed to shift the world onto a sustainable and resilient path. As we embark on this collective journey, we pledge that no one will be left behind.”

The 2030 Agenda claims it will complete what Agenda 21 initiated in 1992. Yet, Agenda 21 was mainly environmental, whereas Agenda 2030 establishes global governance. Remember what presidential candidate Barack Obama said in 2008? How have you and your family fared during the Obama presidency? Weren’t we promised hope and change to a better way of life for everyone? Instead we have tyranny. That’s what the UN will be doing to the entire world.

The plan is comprised of 17 goals and 169 specific sustainable development targets the UN document promises will “transform our world for the better by 2030″.

All of these Agenda 21 plans began at the 1992 Earth Summit 23 years ago. At the time, the Chairman of the Earth Summit, Maurice Strong said, “Isn’t the only hope for the planet that the industrialized nations collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring that about?” This is why global warming is a hoax.

How will the UN sell subjugation to the masses as being desirable? We’ve heard it many times before: it’s voluntary for countries to join, but it will end poverty and fight climate change. This time UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has said that Agenda 2030 will bring the international community “to the cusp of decisions that can help realize the… dream of a world of peace and dignity for all . . . Today is the start of a new era. We have travelled a long way together to reach this turning point.”

Who could the UN possibly get to sell the plan to the masses that number more than seven billion and counting? How about someone that influences approximately 20% (1.2 billion) of those people? Forty percent of those 1.2 billion people are located in Latin America. People in Latin America believe that climate change is one of the most important problems facing the world today. Why would they believe a scam is real? Because that’s what they are told by Pope Francis, who just happens to have come from Argentina in Latin America! Could this possibly be why the pope came to address the UN?

Prior to addressing the UN, Pope Francis visited the White House and gave a speech. “I would like all men and women of good will in this great nation to support the efforts of the international community to protect the vulnerable in our world and to stimulate integral and inclusive models of development, so that our brothers and sisters everywhere may know the blessings of peace and prosperity which God wills for all his children,” he said. That’s how you fool the unknowing masses into believing that subjugation will be desirable: you deceive them by telling them that a falsehood (protecting the vulnerable in the world and stimulating integral and inclusive models of development) is just a way of accomplishing something that is true (God’s will of peace and prosperity for everyone), and is something they have heard all their lives so they won’t doubt it.”

Is this type of corrupt behavior mentioned in the Bible? It’s in many places, including Jeremiah 6:13 —

“For from the least of them even unto the greatest of them every one is given to covetousness; and from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely.”

This scripture means that when society becomes completely corrupt, there will be false prophets and false, corrupt priests.

In a 2016 “prayer intentions” declaration, Pope Francis called for communication among the world’s religions because they are “seeking or meeting God in different ways.” He added, “Many think differently, feel differently, seeking God or meeting God in different ways. In this crowd, in this range of religions, there is only one certainty that we have for all: we are all children of God.”

Yes, we are all children of God, but what does the Bible say about meeting God in different ways? In 1 Timothy 2:5 it says —

” For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;”

While attempting to broker peace between the Israelis and Palestinians, Pope Francis allowed Islamic prayers and Quran readings at the Vatican for the first time ever.

Are we witnessing the formation of the one-world religion of the New World Order?

The latest statement the Pope has made pushing the New World Order’s agenda is that the Arab invasion of Europe “is a social fact.” He added that Europe is the “only continent that can bring about a certain unity to the world . . . will go forward and find itself enhanced by the exchange among cultures.”

What was Pope Francis referring to when he said “enhanced by the exchange among cultures”? Was he talking about Sweden now being the rape capital of the world because of the Arab invasion? Was he referring to children as young as five years old being raped? Perhaps he was referring to a protest some of the more than one million migrants Germany has accepted during the last year held where they chanted “Adolf Hitler” and “Allahu Akbar”.

Pope Francis Pushes the New World Order’s Climate Change Hoax —

The New World Order must destroy the sovereignty of all nations so they can swoop in and save the world by making everyone that’s still alive, a slave to their one-world government. An effective way of destroying a nation is through bankruptcy. What better way than with a $100 billion carbon tax?

In 2015, Pope Francis released his encyclical (a letter to bishops) and declared one of the real causes of climate change is air conditioning! Who woulda thunk it! In addition, wasteful consumerism is also contributing, as well as unchecked human economic activity. The Pope said, “A simple example [of harmful habits of consumption] is the increasing use and power of air-conditioning. The markets, which immediately benefit from sales, stimulate ever greater demand. An outsider looking at our world would be amazed at such behavior, which at times appears self-destructive.” Yet, the Pope probably wrote his letter in his air-conditioned residence, Domus Sanctae Marthae. Does this mean the science is finally settled on climate change?

Built in 1996 to house cardinals during papal conclaves, Domus Sanctae Marthae was chosen by The Pope as a more “simple living arrangement” to support his image as the “people’s pope,” but it has air-conditioning nonetheless.

In addition to being hypocritical, the Pope is also being ludicrous since air-conditioning is frequently used as a means to preserve artifacts and historical documents. Incredibly, the Vatican Secret Archives, which safeguards invaluable documents thousands of years old by controlling the microclimate where the documents are kept.

In 2014, the Vatican had a new air-conditioning system installed in the Sistine Chapel, next door to the Archives, to preserve the deteriorating, centuries-old frescoes while still allowing tourists to visit. The Vatican Museums director explained that officials had to either find a technological method for reducing the amount of dust and carbon dioxide brought in from outside, or limit access to the chapel. The Vatican’s decision to find a technological solution allowed the Sistine Chapel “to breathe again.”

Air conditioning can also be used as a means to save lives. The National Bureau of Economic Research published a 2014 study that concluded heat-related deaths in the U. S. had been reduced by 80% through air conditioning. The study also concluded that even more lives could be saved in hotter, usually poorer countries.

Temperature can also affect job effectiveness. A different study by the National Bureau of Economic Research showed productivity peaking at 65 degrees fahrenheit, and productivity decreasing approximately 15% for every 10 degree rise in temperature.

In support of the New World Order, Pope Francis has said a new system of global government to combat the unimaginably dangerous and man-made, worldwide threat of global warming is essential.

His encyclical included a plea to world leaders to focus on the long-term effects of the environment instead of the short-term. “Recent world summits on the environment have failed to live up to expectations because, due to a lack of political will, they were unable to reach truly meaningful and effective global agreements on the environment,” the Pope wrote. He also advised leaders to avoid today’s prevalent “mentality of efficiency and immediacy.” He then asked leaders, “What would induce anyone, at this stage, to hold on to power only to be remembered for their inability to take action when it was urgent and necessary to do so?”

In a 2015 interview, Pope Francis proclaimed that a “bad, unjust” socio-economic system that worships “the god of money” is the cause of the refugee crisis in Europe. He added, “This is the tip of the iceberg. We see these refugees, these poor people who are escaping from war, escaping from hunger, but that’s the tip of the iceberg. But underlying that is the cause, and the cause is a socio-economic system that is bad, unjust, because within an economic system, within everything, within the world, speaking of the ecological problem, within the socio-economic society, in politics, the person always has to be the center. And today’s dominant economic system has removed the person from the center, and at the center is the god of money. It’s the fashionable god today. I mean, there are statistics. I don’t remember very well, but — this is not exact and I could be making a mistake— 17% of the population has 80% of the wealth . . . Today, the world is at war, is at war against itself. That is, the world is at war — as I say — a war in parts, piecemeal. But it is also at war against the earth, because it’s destroying the earth, that is, our common home. The environment, the glaciers are melting. In the Arctic, the polar bear goes increasingly northward to survive.” That’s a very good description of the New World Order agenda he facilitates at every opportunity.

How does Pope Francis fight man-made climate change while demanding that Americans cut back on their lifestyles and pay carbon taxes? By flying in a Boeing 777-200, which emits nearly 100 pounds of carbon dioxide per mile. On the pope’s trip to the U. S., he first stopped in Cuba. While in the United States, he went to Washington, D.C., New York, Philadelphia, back to D.C., and then returned to Rome. The entire trip was approximately 11,500 miles, and emitted around 572 tons of CO2, which would produce the same carbon footprint as burning over 557,000 pounds of coal or more than 1,200 barrels of crude oil.

Shortly before the November 2015, Paris climate summit began, Pope Francis arrived in Kenya and said, “The grave environmental crisis facing our world demands an ever greater sensitivity to the relationship between human beings and nature. There is a clear link between the protection of nature and the building of a just and equitable social order.” More New World Order propaganda. But wait, there’s more to come. Pope Francis then said, “In effect, there is a clear link between the protection of nature and the building of a just and equitable social order. There can be no renewal of our relationship with nature, without a renewal of humanity itself.” How does a (carbon) tax renew humanity?

Australia’s Cardinal George Pell, a well-known climate change skeptic, has told the media that the Catholic Church has “no particular expertise in science. The church has got no mandate from the Lord to pronounce on scientific matters. We believe in the autonomy of science.” Cardinal Pell is one of 13 cardinals that sent a letter to Pope Francis at the beginning of the synod on the family expressing concern the church was in danger of collapsing due to “abandonment of key elements of Christian belief and practice in the name of pastoral adaptation.”

Cardinal Peter Turkson, president of the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace, and co-author of the Pope’s encyclical, said the pontiff has “deep trust” that negotiators in Paris will get the job done, but might possibly send a gentle message in case they don’t. Turkson said, “If it gets to a stalemate or whatever, he may utter a statement or make a comment or whatever, but he will refrain from exercising any coercive power on the things over here, because that would not belong to his style.”

According to the global climate program director for the World Resources Institute (a NWO org), an intervention by the pope would “show the gravity of the situation and highlight what’s at stake.”

The Vatican is particularly interested in getting the world to stop using fossil fuel by mid-century to save the Earth, especially for the poorest people, according to Turkson. “We cannot profess love of God when we cannot love what God has made,” he added.

Turkson said the Vatican supports limiting global warming to “2 degrees (Celsius) and below if it can be pushed down.” Some countries are pushing for a 1.5 degree Celsius goal.

Referring to the Paris 2015 Climate Summit in a speech, Pope Francis said, “It would be sad, and dare I say even catastrophic, were special interests to prevail over the common good and lead to manipulating information in order to protect their own plans and interests.”

Who was the Pope referring to? The “special interests” the Pope refers to are thousands of climate scientists who understand why carbon dioxide emissions do not threaten the planet, and to Republican lawmakers and presidential candidates who agree with these scientists. The “manipulating information,” is done by climate change supporters to support their failed climate theory.

Science, unlike religion, can be measured to determine if claims about the physical world are accurate.

Dr. David Evans, a former climate modeler for the Australian Government, with six degrees in applied mathematics, discovered that climate models contain fundamental errors. After correcting the errors, CO2 only produced 10 to 20 percent of the global warming predicted by the climate models. This means the climate is only minimally affected by carbon dioxide, and reducing it will produce no observable difference in climate.

The Paris 2015 Climate Summit took place from November 30 – December 11, 2015, in Paris, France. More than 40,000 participants were expected to create a binding agreement forcing every nation on Earth to comply with climate goals to hold “global warming” to less than two degrees Celsius. This is the globalist’s most serious attempt to create world government so far. If this world government is put into effect by greedy politicians, it will eliminate national sovereignty and the independent nation state. The agreement was signed, of course, but there is confusion as to how binding it actually is.

A world similar to the world described in Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World will have been created by the climate agreement. In Brave New World, the masses were finally subjugated through drugs, chip implants, and programming the masses to voluntarily enter the “concentration camp of the mind,” where liberties will be taken from entire societies, but propaganda and brainwashing will make them enjoy it and learn to love their slavery. How different is this from the world we live in today?

Most of us have probably heard of the environmental Green Movement, but did you know it began with the Nazi Party in Germany?

Adolph Hitler was elected by the German people, especially Christians. He understood the significance and control capabilities of promoting the “Big Lie,” which meant the bigger and more outrageous the lie, the more likely people would believe it. The Nazi Party was actually an environmental party that began the Green Movement. Hitler was going to use eugenics to breed a master race. The globalists, however, wanted to reduce the population (“culling the herd”) and get rid of “useless eaters” because they drain the resources of the state without providing anything in return. The globalists are continuing their plan through the United Nations Plan for Sustainable Development and Climate Change. The innocuous sounding name of the plan is actually subterfuge for the real plan of depopulating the Earth from seven billion people to 500 million. This will be accomplished through sterilization, abortion, the promotion of alternative sexual lifestyles which do not involve reproduction, reduction in food production, the creation of wars, famines, plagues, and man-made food and water shortages using GMO “terminator seeds,” which cannot grow a crop after one harvest, vaccines that damage people’s health and/or sterilize them, and weather modification technology which creates artificial droughts. Do any of these methods sound familiar?

During World War II, Hitler experimented with eugenics. In 1946, in the official “UN Document UNESCO, Its Purpose and Philosophy,” Julian Huxley, brother of Aldous Huxley, wrote, “Thus even though it is quite true that any radical eugenic policy will be for many years politically and psychological impossible, it will be important for UNESCO to move forward with its eugenics program.” Huxley advised changing terms like “eugenics” into more acceptable terms like “environmental protection” and “ecology.” Through propaganda and brainwashing the masses will love their slavery.

Pope Francis plays a key role in this by championing the UN Climate Change agenda and “sustainable development.”

What do non-New World Order experts and scientists say about climate change?

Expansion of government is one reason for the climate change hoax. Global warming is a manufactured problem played up by the government to instigate a public reaction – fear – the government then exploits to offer a predetermined solution: the expansion of government at the public’s expense. This strategy, now known as the Hegelian Dialectic, has been used successfully by politicians for millennia to expand government, which can only grow at the expense of individual liberties. An illustration of this is when the Bush administration used the strategy successfully in 2003 to gain enough public support for the invasion of Iraq by claiming the country had weapons of mass destruction, the war ultimately expanded the military-industrial complex and America’s emerging police state.

According to a prominent meteorologist and weather forecaster, life has dramatically improved for humans since they began using fossil fuels, as shown in this chart. Another chart shows that in the last million years, there have been periods with a higher CO2 level and lower temperatures.

Several months before the Paris climate summit began, the top meteorologist in France began publicly exposing the global-warming hoax. He said the world had been taken “hostage” by misleading data pushed by politicians, climatologists, and the corruption of science to serve political goals. He also mentioned the benefits of climate change, and the farce of “renewable energy.” As a result of speaking out in opposition to the French government’s views on climate change, the meteorologist was immediately taken off the air and put on a “forced holiday.”

Some benefits of global warming include lower death rates from cold, lower electric heating bills, and more abundant agriculture. Numerous experts have agreed that warming can be beneficial, and cited the Middle Ages as an example. During the Medieval Warm Period that was much warmer than it is today, Vikings farmed on Greenland, and other lands supported agriculture and human settlements that had previously been uninhabitable. More CO2, not less, increases agriculture production and would provide more food for the world.

In his book, Climat Investigation, the meteorologist stated the IPCC used misleading and/or inaccurate data to “take the world hostage.” The fact that climate scientists are almost entirely funded by governments with an interest in promoting global warming hysteria is pointed out in the book. Also detailed in the book is how the IPCC has “blatantly erased” data and evidence that contradicted the UN’s catastrophic man-made global-warming theories. Also discussed are the inaccuracy of “climate models.”

In the opinion of the French meteorologist, “What is shameful is this pressure placed on us to say that if we don’t hurry, it’ll be the apocalypse. So-called climate diplomacy is essentially politicians working to impose policies they desire.”

Amazingly, all 73 of the UN’s climate models have been discredited by climate experts because of a lack of global warming for two decades. According to experts, since there is record sea ice across Antarctica, increasing ice in the Arctic, and UN and government agencies constantly finding themselves in new scandals, the man-made global warming theories only survive because of hundreds of billions of dollars annually in tax funding. Some of the UN climate industry leaders have had legal problems, including Rajendra K. Pachauri, the UN IPCC boss who was forced out in 2015 after being arrested for sexual abuse and then admitted that his climate scheming was his “religion”; and former UN General Assembly President John Ashe, who was arrested for being involved in a corruption scandal related to bribes from Communist Chinese operatives.

At the Royal Astronomical Society’s annual meeting in 2015, a Northumbria University professor confirmed what some scientists have said for years, and that is that the sun will go into “hibernation” around 2030, and it has already started. The model the professor used to forecast the sun’s upcoming hibernation is reported to have almost perfect accuracy.

By the 1990s, the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), created the “97 per cent consensus.”  The “consensus” was that human activity was causing the Earth to warm more than it should, and natural causes of warming played only a small role. The term Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW) was created to describe the problem of carbon dioxide generated from burning fossil fuels.

Carbon dioxide (CO2) is a greenhouse gas and the IPCC claimed a CO2 increase in the atmosphere could be dangerous. Scientists at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), NASA’s Goddard Institute for Space Studies, and Britain’s Meteorological Office, among others, have declared CO2 as the primary driver of climate on Earth. Yet, scientists using more traditional approaches say the science has been corrupted by greed. Governments spend billions of dollars to create agencies and industries for climate-change research that claim to be “fighting climate change”. Critics say skeptics of climate change are backed by the oil, gas and coal industries or are affiliated with conservative political groups.

As with all hoaxes, the truth eventually comes out. In 2009, the “climategate scandal” began when e-mails and documents indicating IPCC-affiliated scientists had manipulated data and reports to support the AGW theory were leaked. The documents revealed that some of the scientists had been “hiding the decline” of temperatures through the use of “tricks.”

In 2012, a meteorologist actually caught the NOAA changing temperature data from the 1930s to make the decade appear colder than it had been to support the AGW theory. Another whistleblower claims that since 1997, temperatures have been declining, and his impressive collection of data show Goddard ???? and the NOAA are committing “climate fraud”.

Around 2000, the PDO Index ????? began showing declining temperatures again. Mainstream scientists explain the decline as a “pause” in global warming, while IPCC-affiliated scientists say the temperature decline is caused by other factors, as does NASA and the NOAA.

Antarctic sea ice set new records in 2013 and 2014. The summer of 2015 brought record cold temperatures across the U. S., and summer snow to the U. S., Canada, and China.
Climate and Environmental Physics and Oeschger Centre for Climate Change Research scientists in Switzerland have recently supported the theory that the sun is the determining factor in the climate on Earth.

A top official at NOAA has described the agency’s role as providing “timely, reliably, and actionable information — based on sound science — every day to millions of Americans.” NOAA’s deputy administrator made similar remarks in testimony before the House Science Committee, and mentioned the importance of satellite data. He stated that NOAA’s ability “to deliver environmental intelligence starts with keeping the pulse of the planet, especially the atmosphere and the ocean, and this is the central capability where space-based assets come into play.”

Yet, NOAA does not include satellite data it its climate projections. Recently, NOAA published a study in the journal Science in which “adjustments,” supposedly based on new data and methodology, were made to historical temperature records so NOAA could claim the findings refuted the nearly two-decade pause in global warming.

The fact that atmospheric satellite data showing no warming for the past two decades is well documented, has been embarrassing for an administration determined to push through costly environmental regulations. Instead, NOAA’s study focused on surface temperature monitoring from land-based stations can be unduly influenced by their location and proximity to surrounding heat-holding asphalt in urban areas, rendering the data practically useless.

Satellite data is highly calibrated and provides complete global coverage, including measuring the deep atmosphere. As a result, satellites have consistently shown much smaller rates of warming. Yet, NOAA ignores this data because it conflicts with their bias.

In 2015, NASA announced that 2014 was the warmest year on record. A footnote to the news release stated that scientists were only 38% sure this was actually correct. In reality, satellite data showed 2014 was not the warmest year on record.

In August 2015, a new, 49-page peer-reviewed professional paper was released that shows the sun, not carbon dioxide, causes climate change. It also shows that greenhouse gas concentrations are an insignificant player, and possibly even a non-player, in climate change.

The conclusions in the study were based on northern hemisphere data from 1880 to 2014. The data was analyzed by first constructing the best possible temperature record from 1880 to 2014 by using surface temperature data from stations not affected by a changing environment. The resulting corrected “composite” temperature record shows warming from the 1880’s to 1940’s, and from the 1980’s to 2000’s, with a cooling period from the 1950’s to 1970’s. The record shows the current warm period is similar to the previous warm period from the 1880’s to 1940’s.

The study also revealed that climate models do not reproduce the correct temperature record when back tested. This means climate models are of no value in making climate predictions. This is because climate models do not properly simulate the physical effects of carbon dioxide, water vapor, clouds, aerosols, and solar irradiance.

In 2015, several days before a meeting to draft the treaty for the Paris climate summit in December, the United Nation’s climate chief, Christiana Figueres, described how the UN plans to fight climate change. She said, “This is probably the most difficult task we have ever given ourselves, which is to intentionally transform the economic development model, for the first time in human history. This is the first time in the history of mankind that we are setting ourselves the task of intentionally, within a defined period of time, to change the economic development model that has been reigning for the, at least, 150 years, since the industrial revolution. That will not happen overnight and it will not happen at a single conference on climate change, be it COP 15, 21, 40 – you choose the number. It just does not occur like that. It is a process, because of the depth of the transformation.”

Think about what she said for a moment. The UN has decided that changing the economy of the entire world, which consists of more than 200 countries, by changing the economic development model that has been used for 150 years, is necessary to fight climate change.

Did the UN find it necessary to change the economic development model that has been used for 150 years to fight global poverty? How about global hunger? Why are these massive economic changes necessary to fight climate change?

The United Nations uses the “global warming” hoax to scare the world’s population into believing “man-made climate change” is too big of a threat for their country to handle alone, and thus it can only be “defeated” through the expansion of the U.N. at the expense of their nation’s sovereignty. “This was viewed as the most likely to succeed because it could be related to observable conditions such as smog and water pollution – in other words, it would be based partly on fact and, therefore, be credible. Predictions could be made showing end-of-earth scenarios just as horrible as atomic warfare. Accuracy in these predictions would not be important; their purpose would be to frighten, not inform.” G. Edward Griffin wrote this in his book The Creature from Jekyll Island. What was the book about? How the New World Order created the Federal Reserve in 1913 to legally steal money from the United States by using the income tax, which was also created in 1913.

The New World Order is very patient when it comes to implementing their plans. They incrementally put their plans into effect, so no one sees the big picture until it’s too late. The New World Order agenda is about making globalists as rich as possible.

Why do people believe the climate change hoax when there is overwhelming scientific evidence climate change does not exist? It’s called propaganda, which is the deliberate spread of misinformation. Joseph Goebbels, the Minister of Public Enlightenment and Propaganda for Germany from 1933-1945 said, “If you repeat a lie often enough, people will believe it, and you will even come to believe it yourself.”

EVANGELICAL CHRISTIANS —

Evangelicalism is a worldwide, transdenominational movement within Protestant Christianity. Members believe that the true nature of the gospel consists in the doctrine of salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ’s atonement. They also believe in the “born again” experience, in receiving salvation, in the authority of the Bible as God’s revelation to humanity, and spreading Christ’s teachings.

The appearance of the Methodist religion movement and the Great Awakenings in Britain and North America in the 18th and 19th centuries acted as a catalyst to the growing popularity of the Evangelical movement, which is an offshoot of the Methodist religion.

There are approximately 285 million Evangelicals, which accounts for 13% of the 2.4 billion Christians in the world. The majority of Evangelicals live in the Americas, Africa and Asia. The U. S. has the greatest number of Evangelicals, but the religion is growing in popularity in Latin America and the developing world.

Evangelicals today are members in various organized Protestant religions, as well as Protestant denominations not associated with any organized Protestant religion.

National Association of Evangelicals —

The National Association of Evangelicals (NAE) is an organization of member denominations, churches, organizations, and individuals. The Association operates in four main areas: Church and Faith Partners, Government Relations, Chaplains Commission, and World Relief. The Association is a member of the World Evangelical Alliance. The mission statement of the Association is “to honor God by connecting and representing evangelical Christians.

Richard Cizik worked for the NAE from 1980-2008. He became one of the most prominent Evangelical lobbyists, and was the Vice President for Governmental Affairs of the National Association of Evangelicals. Cizik’s responsibilities included setting the organization’s policy on issues and lobbying the White House, Congress, and the Supreme Court.

Over the years, Cizik’s conservative views began turning to the left. Since 2003, he has participated in “creation care” environmentalism. In 2008, he voted for Obama in the primaries, and implied he also voted for him in the general election. In addition to voting for Obama, he had been making statements about abortion and same-sex civil unions that conflicted with the NAE’s positions. As a result, he resigned from the NAE in December 2008.

When he first left NAE, Cizik was associated with Ted Turner’s United Nations Foundation. Next, he became a fellow at George Soros’s (BB, CFR) Open Society Institute (a NWO corp). At the same time, he created a left-leaning group, the New Evangelical Partnership for the Common Good.

Cizik had nothing but praise for the Open Society Institute. “These wonderful people at the Open Society Institute evaluated me along with a lot of other applicants and decided to endow me with a fellowship for the past year . . . My friends at the Open Society Institute. We have much more in common than we have that divides us.”

Saddleback Church —

Located in California, the Saddleback Church is an evangelical Christian megachurch that is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention. Founded in 1980 by Pastor Rick Warren (CFR), weekly attendance at the Church averages more than 20,000 people, making it the seventh-largest church in the United States. Saddleback Church has nine additional locations in California and four international locations. The Church can also be viewed on the internet.

In addition to being the senior pastor at Saddleback Church, Warren is also an author of many Christian books. His best-known book is The Purpose Driven Life, which sold more than 30 million copies.

In 2004, Time magazine (a NWO corp) named Warren one of “15 World Leaders Who Mattered Most in 2004,” and one of the “100 Most Influential People in the World” in 2005. Also in 2005, U.S. News and World Report (NWO) named him one of “America’s Top 25 Leaders.” In 2006, Warren was called one of “15 People Who Make America Great,” by Newsweek (NWO).

Warren has spoken to numerous national and international organizations, including the United Nations, the World Economic Forum (a NWO org), the African Union, the Council on Foreign Relations, Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government (NWO), TED, and Time’s (a NWO corp) Global Health Summit. He has been a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) since 2005.

In 2009, Warren gave the invocation at the inauguration of Obama (BB).

In a 2012 interview, Warren said that he regretted making a 2008 video for his congregation in which he supported Biblical marriage and said that if someone believed in the Bible they should support Proposition 8 in California, which banned homosexual marriage in California. Warren said, “I never made a single statement on Prop. 8 until the week before, and in my own church, some members said, ‘Where do we stand on this?’ [So], I released a video to my members. It was posted all over like it was an advertisement.”

When the interviewer asked Warren if he could do it all over again, would he still have created the video, Warren replied, “I would not have. I would not have made that statement. I wanted to talk to my own people as a duty, because as a shepherd, I’m responsible for those who put themselves under my care. I’m not responsible for everybody else. I am responsible for the people who choose to be under my care and ask me a question. So, I’ve had to look at how do I communicate to my people in a way that doesn’t look like I’m pontificating to the entire world.”

Concern in the Christian community was expressed after Warren’s comments. The president of Americans for Truth About Homosexuality said in an interview that Warren’s comments made him appear as if he was ashamed to publicly stand for the Biblical definition of marriage. “[Warren] regrets that the statement got out wider than his church. To me, that’s incredible because he should be happy that he had influence outside of his church to the whole body of Christ in California — indeed, to people all over the state voting on the issue who look to him for guidance,” he said. “And so, that troubles me that he even says now that he wouldn’t make that video. … That’s saying that he does not want to be a leader on the homosexual ‘marriage’ issue.”

The president added, “The question is, are Christian leaders self-segregating on the moral issues because they’re under the gun of the pro-gay culture? The homosexual activist never agonizes and says, ‘Wow, I don’t think I should talk beyond my group of homosexual activists. They’re pontificating all the time. They’re telling us what to think. They’re telling us that we’re bigots if we are against homosexuality, or even if we’re against same-sex ‘marriage’ now, they call you a bigot or a hatemonger or a homophobe.”

“I get the fact that [Warren] is under the gun by the homosexual lobby. We all get it,” the president continued. “The homosexual lobby is aggressive and loud and vocal, and they want him to shut up about homosexuality being a sin, and they want him to conform to their ideology, but he can’t.”

In the interview, Warren also stated that homosexual behavior “might be” a sin, and that he believes homosexuals will go to Heaven if they “accept Christ.”

Sojourners Community (Progressive Christianity) —

The Community was created in the 1970s by a group of students at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Some Evangelicals criticized the Sojourners Community for combining strict evangelical Protestant beliefs with radical “social priorities [which] run in markedly different directions.” In 1971, a commune-style community opened in Illinois. By 1974, the community disbanded. Some members stayed with the Community that had moved to Washington, D.C., others completely left the community.

The Swallisojourners Community is best known for Sojourners Magazine, as well as its founding member, Jim Wallis.

As a member of the Students for a Democratic Society while in college, Wallis was a campus radical. During the last decade, he has reinvented himself as someone that has returned to his evangelical roots, but usually describes his evangelical beliefs in political terms.

When George W. Bush was president, evangelicals were a key constituency. During that time, Wallis rediscovered his evangelical roots, and heralded the change.

Wallis, who bragged about being the chief Evangelical Left chaplain to the Obama administration, received approximately $325,000 from George Soros’s (BB, CFR) Open Society Institute (a NWO org), between 2004 and 2007. In 2005, Wallis, a self-proclaimed non-partisan said, “I know of no connections to those liberal funds and groups that are as direct as the Religious Right’s ties to right-wing funders.” In 2001-2002, before Wallis’s rediscovery of his roots, he received donations of more than $1.6 million, but after his rediscovery he received donations of more than $5.2 million in 2008-2009.

When questioned about the revelations of the Soros funding, Wallis becomes angry. In an interview for a Christian website, Wallis said about the reporter that published the Soros connection, “I’m sad to see Marvin Olasky doing the same thing. No, we don’t receive money from Soros. Given the financial crisis of nonprofits, maybe Marvin should call Soros and ask him to send us money. So, no, we don’t receive money from George Soros. Our books are totally open, always have been. Our money comes from Christians who support us and who read Sojourners.” He then suggested to the interviewer, “So tell Marvin he should check his facts, and not imitate Glenn Beck.”

Apparently after proof of the Soros funding appeared online, even after the Open Society Institute removed all original links, a public relations staff member for Wallis contacted the Christian website with a confession. “I should have declined to comment until I was able to review the blog post in question and consulted with our staff on the details of our funding over the past several years,” Wallis explained. “Instead, I answered in the spirit of the accusation and did not recall the details of our funding over the decade in question.” Wallis said Sojourners is not “beholden to funders on the political left,” but instead promotes “biblical social justice.” Surprisingly, he did admit the “allegation” about three Open Society Institute grants was true. Wallis said that since those funds “made up the tiniest fraction” of Sojourners budget, they were just “so small that I hadn’t remembered them.”

Wallis is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations Religious Advisory Committee.

Southern Evangelical Seminary —

Southern Evangelical Seminary (SES), established in 1992 by Norman Geisler and Ross Rhoads, is a Christian college in North Carolina. In 1999, SES became a member organization of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability. The college, Southern Evangelical Bible College (SEBC), was established in 2004.

In 1992, Ross Rhoads, then Pastor of Calvary Church and a former evangelist, and Norman Geisler, a theologian and Christian apologist (a field of Christian theology that presents reasoned bases for the Christian faith to defend it against objections), founded SES. Combining their backgrounds of evangelism and concern for defending the Faith, Rhoads and Geisler created a two-fold vision for the seminary to evangelize the world and defend the Christian Faith.

Rhoads became the first President of the Seminary. Later, Geisler became president. In 2006, Alex McFarland replaced Geisler as president. In 2013, McFarland was replaced by Richard D. Land (CFR), the current president.

landIn 2002, religious right leaders wrote an open letter, mostly written by Land, to President Bush supporting the invasion of Iraq as a “just war.” The war began in 2003.

Land was reappointed to the USCIRF in 2004, where he remained until he left in 2011.

In 2005, Time magazine (a NWO corp) acknowledged Land as one of the “25 Most Influential Evangelicals in America.” Four years later, Land was one of approximately 150 Christian clergy, ministry leaders, and scholars that signed the Manhattan Declaration: A Call of Christian Conscience statement opposing abortion and same-sex marriage.

Land advocates for a biblical position on issues ranging from religious liberty to the economy.

At a November 2012, immigration reform event at the American Enterprise Institute (a NWO org), Land stated that he was “ashamed” of the Republican Party in the 2012 presidential election.

Land is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations Religious Advisory Committee.

NEW AGE CHURCHES —

The purpose of the New Age Movement is the creation of a one world government ruled by “the Christ, the Lord Maitreya,” who is the Fifth Buddha, and thereby usher in the anti-Christ.

In New Age philosophy, “the Christ” is separate from Jesus in the Bible. Jesus is simply viewed as a great man, like Buddha or Confucius. He is a way to “the Christ,” but he is not God. The New Age Movement wants Christians to accept this view of Christ and change Christian theology and philosophy.

What does the Bible say about denying Christ? In 1 John 2:22-23 it says —

“Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.”

The “mother” of the New Age Movement was Helena Petrovna Blavatsky (1831-1891). She was born in the Ukraine, part of the Russian empire.

Who was Helena Petrovna Blavatsky? Numerous biographers have written about Blavatsky and what kind of person she was. One biographer said, “She rebelled against all discipline, recognized no master but her own good will and her personal tastes.” Another biographer said, “She was one of the most evil and immoral women who ever lived with personal duplicity and profound contempt for humanity.”

Blavatsky began displaying the abilities of a medium while still a child. During trances, she regularly saw the image of a Hindu in a white turban. When she was 20 years old, she claimed to have met the Hindu in England. She said he told her to go to India and organize the Theosophical Society.

She was known to have a violent temper and crude habits, perhaps exacerbated by her hashish addiction.

She married at a young age, but deserted her husband after three months. Commenting on her marriage she said, “I wouldn’t be a slave to God Himself, let alone any man. Woman finds her happiness in the acquisition of supernatural powers. Love is but a vile dream, a nightmare.”

She wrote two books, Isis Unveiled (1877) and The Secret Doctrine (1888), which became one of the most popular books on the occult of all time. In The Secret Doctrine, she taught that Satan made man into a god, “Once the key to Genesis is in our hands, the scientific and symbolical Kabalah unveils the secret. The Great Serpent of the Garden of Eden and the Lord God are identical. Thus Satan, once he ceases to be viewed in the superstitious, dogmatic, unphilosophical spirit of the Churches, grows into the grandiose image of one who makes of a terrestrial, a divine Man.” She claimed that her “masters” had dictated these thoughts to her. She believed her “masters” to be highly evolved souls that went through numerous reincarnations, and were guiding mankind.

What did the “masters” teach the world through Theosophy? They “depersonalized God and created various planes of spiritual progression culminating in universal salvation and reconciliation through reincarnation and the wheel concept of progression, borrowed unblushingly from Buddhism.” Theosophy is “the unqualified assertion that humanity is a part of God as leaves are part of the tree, not something a tree has created in the sense that a man creates a machine, but something that is an emanation of the tree and is a living part of it. Humanity is a growth, a development, an emanation, an evolutionary expression of the Supreme Being.”

The New Age movement believes everyone can attain “Christ-consciousness” and become gods. The movement also believes in the religion “of Jesus, not in Jesus.”

Blavatsky’s The Secret Doctrine had an influence on some well-known people. Adolf Hitler kept a copy of the book next to his bed. Hitler had been tutored by former theosophists, and had theosophists with him until the end of the World War II.

Other fans included Manly P. Hall, the greatest philosopher of the Freemasons. He said that, “The Secret Doctrine assumes the dignity of a scripture.” Another Freemason that admired Blavatsky was Albert Pike. He was elected Sovereign Grand Commander of the Scottish Rite’s Southern Jurisdiction in 1859, a position he held for 32 years. Pike was famous for saying, “Lucifer, the Light-bearer! Strange and mysterious name to give to the Spirit of Darkness! Lucifer, the Son of the Morning! Is it he who bears the Light, and with its splendors intolerable, blinds feeble, sensual, or selfish souls? Doubt it not!”

The Theosophical Society was founded in 1875 in New York City, and its members included Helena Blavatsky and Albert Pike. The Society’s objectives were:

1. To form a nucleus of the universal brotherhood of humanity without distinction of race, creed, sex, caste, or color.
2. To encourage the study of comparative religion, philosophy, and science.
3. To investigate the unexplained laws of nature and the powers latent in man.

Sympathy with the above objects was the sole condition of admission to the society. The Society was organized as a non-sectarian entity and self-described as “… an unsecterian body of seekers after Truth, who endeavour to promote Brotherhood and strive to serve humanity.”

The main philosophical doctrine was pushing the belief of combining both the physical and non-physical aspects of the known and unknown Universe, and affecting all of its component parts regardless of apparent size or importance. This means Humanity’s evolution on Earth (and beyond) is part of the overall Cosmic evolution. It is overseen by a hidden Spiritual Hierarchy that consists of advanced spiritual beings. The Hierarchy guides humanity towards its ultimate evolutionary objective: the attainment of perfection and the conscious, willing participation in the evolutionary process. The Hierarchy requires an earthly infrastructure (such as the Theosophical Society) which Blavatsky said was ultimately under the inspiration of a number of Mahatmas, members of the Hierarchy.

The original publishing company used by the Theosophical Society was called Lucifer Trust Publishing Company.

One of the successors to Blavatsky was Alice Bailey, who became one of the most important people involved in establishing the New Age Movement. Following a difficult marriage, she became a master teacher of the occult, and a very receptive channel of demonic influence that continued for 30 years until her death in 1949.

In the early 1920’s, the Lucifer Publishing Company was founded to be the publishing company of the Lucis Trust. Founded in 1922 by Alice Bailey and her husband Foster Bailey, the Lucis Trust was created to publish the works of Alice Bailey. In 1925, the name Lucifer Publishing Company was changed to Lucis Publishing Company.

One of the books Alice Bailey wrote, The Externalization of the Hierarchy, clearly explains that the New Age movement is Satan’s plan to bring about the reign of the anti-Christ over the earth. According to Bailey, the takeover includes the following goals:

1. Creating and vitalizing the new world religion;

2. The gradual reorganizing of the social order;

3. The public inauguration of the system of initiation, which will involve the growth and comprehension of symbolism; and

4. The esoteric training of disciples and of humanity in this new cycle.

Today, Lucis Trust has approximately 6,000 members that include financial and political leaders worldwide. The members of the Trust are the same people that run the Council on Foreign Relations and founded the United Nations. For most of its existence, Lucis Trust was headquartered at United Nations Plaza.

In 1980, The Aquarian Conspiracy was published and described the New Age philosophy and how it could cause a revolution in consciousness that would change the world. In other words, man should serve the planet according to New Age beliefs.

According to the author of two books on the New Age religion, The Hidden Dangers of the Rainbow (1983) and A Planned Deception (1985), “The New Age Movement is a religion complete with its own Bibles, prayers and mantras, Vatican City/Jerusalem equivalents, priests and gurus, born-again experiences (they call it “rebirthing”) spiritual laws and commandments, psychics and prophets and nearly every other indicia of a religion.”

In The Hidden Dangers of the Rainbow, the doctrine of the New Age religion that its members hope will be implemented worldwide includes the following:

1. The Plan for the future includes the installation of a New World messiah, the implementation of a new world government and new world religion under Maitreya.

2. A universal credit card system will be implemented.

3. A world food authority will control all of the world’s food supply.

4. A universal tax.

5. A universal draft.

6. Rooting out people who believe the Bible and worship God, and completely stamping out Christianity.

The New Age Movement of today is a mixture of Babylonian paganism, various mythologies, parts of Hinduism and Buddhism, and assorted other philosophies added to fake scientific language to create New Age philosophy. Environmentalists have found this idea of modifying ancient religious practices very advantageous in gaining more followers.

Permeating the environmental movement with the New Age Movement began with Earth Day in 1990. Many environmental materials view spreading Christian beliefs resulted in the creation and development of technology that would be harmful to the earth. The Bible, and in particular the book of Genesis are seen as one reason man mistreats nature. In Genesis 1:26 it says —

“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.”

Another significant influence on the New Age Movement has been Pierre Teilhard de Chardin. Amazingly, his influence continues to grow, through books he wrote and books his followers have written, even though he died in 1955.

Teilhard was raised in a traditional Catholic family, and grew up to become a Jesuit priest. He was also a pantheist that believes the earth, as well as man, is divine. This belief was reflected in Teilhard’s view on evolution. He believed that during the prehistoric period, God was not highly evolved enough to express himself through humans, so he could only express himself theough animals. Evolution is man and God becoming conscious of himself. According to Teilhard, “Christ is above all the God of Evolution. He is the Omega Point, the supreme summit of the evolutionary movement in which he is immersed and which super-animates. As God the Evolver, he is the director, the leader, the cause and mover of evolution. Christ also is evolving into a Super-Christ. Humanity is the highest phase so far of evolution, but evolution is beginning to change into a Super-Humanity, which at its peak becomes the Omega Point.”

The first time Teilhard was condemned by the Church for his teachings was in 1925, when he was ordered by the Jesuit Superior to stop teaching in France. To remain a Jesuit, he had to sign a statement withdrawing his controversial statements regarding the doctrine of original sin. After signing the statement he left for China.

The Catholic Church’s condemnations of Teilhard even continued after his death. In 1962, seven years after his death, a reprimand of Teilhard’s writing was issued by the Holy Office, which is responsible for promulgating and defending Catholic doctrine. The reprimand, in part, included the following:

“The above-mentioned works abound in such ambiguities and indeed even serious errors, as to offend Catholic doctrine… For this reason, the most eminent and most revered Fathers of the Holy Office exhort all Ordinaries as well as the superiors of Religious institutes, rectors of seminaries and presidents of universities, effectively to protect the minds, particularly of the youth, against the dangers presented by the works of Fr. Teilhard de Chardin and of his followers.”

The reprimand resulted in prominent clerics strongly defending Teilhard’s theological works. Some Cardinals were among the defenders, including some future popes, Pope John Paul II, Pope Benedict XVI, and Pope Francis (in 2015).

In one of his books, The Phenomenon of Man (published in 1955, but written years earlier), Teilhard wrote, “Our century is probably more religious than any other. How could it fail to be, with such problems to be solved? The only trouble is that it has not yet found a God it can adore.”

Teilhard was also quoted as saying, “Monstrous as it is, is not modern totalitarianism really the distortion of something magnificent, and thus quite near to the truth?”

A surprising number of Christians who claim to be born again are joining churches that teach a distorted version of the Gospel of Christ. As an example, some beliefs of many churches claiming to consist of only born-again Christians include the following:

Little or no emphasis on repentance.

Only a vague understanding of the need for strict obedience to God’s will.

Doubts about the literal accuracy and inerrancy of the Bible.

A strong desire for signs and visible confirmation of God’s power, and even his existence.

A strong emphasis on earthly success and personal prosperity.

A belief in the need for high self-esteem.

An emphasis on God’s love which omits, or refuses to accept, that his love also includes judgment and retribution.

A desire to find common ground with other religions and religious groups.

An emphasis on the need to solve the world’s problems through social programmes and similar initiatives.

A denial or rejection of the need to fear God (in the true Biblical sense).

The use of non-Biblical or worldly music and modes of worship.

The use of introspective contemplation and creative visualization.

A refusal to accept that hell is an actual place of torment.

A marked reluctance to judge and condemn sin in a Biblical manner.

Belief that it is possible to be saved without undergoing a fundamental change in outlook.

These beliefs are not Biblical. However, they are consistent with New Age philosophy that emphasizes man’s creativity, autonomy, fundamental goodness, the universal brotherhood of man, and the concept that God is love-without-judgment and universal father of all.

There are many writers and preachers that use New Age beliefs, including the following:

Tony Campolo, former spiritual advisor to President Clinton, and a very influential leader in the Evangelical left community.

Kenneth Copeland, a televangelist and one of the leaders of the Charismatic Movement which believes the gifts of the Holy Spirit described in the New Testament are available to contemporary Christians through baptism of the Holy Spirit, with-or-without the laying on of hands. These spiritual gifts are believed to be manifest in the form of signs, miracles, and wonders, some of which include speaking in tongues, prophecy, healing, and discernment of spirits.

Benny Hinn, a televangelist and part of the Charismatic Movement, he is best best known for his regular “Miracle Crusades,” which are revival meetings or faith healing summits.

Bill Hybels, author and the founding and senior pastor of Willow Creek Community Church in Illinois, one of the most attended churches in the United States. The Willow Creek Community Church is a well known megachurch, with contemporary worship, drama and messages focused toward both Christians and those exploring the Christian faith.

Brian D. McLaren, Christian pastor, author, and one of the leaders in the emerging church movement, which is a mixture of numerous theological groups that mostly agree on their disillusionment with the organized and institutional church and their support for the deconstruction of modern Christian worship, modern evangelism, and the nature of modern Christian community.

C. S. Lewis, a Christian Apologist and an author of both fiction (The Chronicles of Narnia) and non-fiction (Mere Christianity).

Neale Donald Walsch, an author who wrote the series Conversations with God.

Rick Warren, an author and the founder and senior pastor of the evangelical megachurch Saddleback Church in California. See the section on Rick Warren near the beginning of this article.

William Paul Young, a writer and author of The Shack.

Even though the number of Christians in the United States is declining, in some churches like Mosaic in the Los Angeles area, Christianity is thriving. What is their secret for attracting 20- and 30- somethings to attend church? Thousands of young people are attracted to the sermons filled with pop-culture references, musical performances that look like they are straight out of an arts and music festival, and a brand designed with social media in mind.

Some Hollywood stars have been seen at these churches, including the Oasis church, Hillsong church, and Reality LA, a new-age church where prayer requests are sent by text messages. Anything called new-age means New World Order.

The founder and lead pastor of Mosaic, Erwin McManus, insists people are there for the message, not the celebrities. “This isn’t sanitized. This is not Jesus-lite,” he said.

Services at Mosaic begin with a live band playing music as their lyrics are projected onto a giant screen. Several singers take turns leading the songs which are mostly originals that praise God’s glory.

Who is Erwin McManus?

Irving Rafael Mesa-Cardona was born in El Salvador. His family immigrated to the U.S. when he was young and settled in Florida. McManus was the name of his stepfather and the pastor legally changed his name to McManus; he was not adopted.

After graduating from the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, McManus served as a church planter, a process that results in a new local Christian church being established. Eventually, the church must be able to function without its parent body to be considered planted, even if a relationship with the parent church continues. McManus began two congregations in Dallas.

In the 1980s and 1990s, McManus and his brother were employed to replace “outdated and stagnant” church leadership teams with “younger and fresher thinkers.” In 1993, he moved to Los Angeles and eventually became pastor at Mosaic. Since that time, McManus has been partners with Bethel Seminary as a lecturer and futurist. A futurist tries to systematically explore predictions and possibilities of how the future might be influenced by the present. Some well-known futurists include: author Aldous Huxley (Brave New World), a psychedelic prophet; writer Arthur C. Clarke (co-wrote the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey); astronomer Carl Sagan; author George Orwell (1984, Animal Farm); psychologist Timothy Leary, a psychedelics enthusiast and transhumanist; and, filmmaker Walt Disney.

McManus became known as a popular speaker on postmodernism and postmodern Christianity. Liberal Christianity, sometimes called liberal theology, is compatible with certain current forms of postmodern Christianity, although postmodern Christian thought originated as a reaction against mainstream Protestant liberalism.

Several years ago, McManus founded Awaken, a collection of poets, artists, film makers and humanitarians whose stated goal is “maximizing the divine potential” in every human being,.

Mosaic doesn’t follow a specific type of Christianity; it just encourages followers to unleash their creative spirits. McManus attends TED conferences, which are sponsored by NWO organizations.

“The Bible was taken and used as a manuscript for conformity and we want to turn it into a manifesto of creativity.” McManus said. “We want, whenever someone hears the name Jesus, to go: ‘Oh. Creativity, beauty, imagination, wonder,’ instead of, ‘Rules, laws, conformity, judgment.’”

At the “50-yard line to Sunday,” service held on Wednesday nights, a Mosaic pastor called on congregants to trust God the way they trust Waze, the Google-owned traffic navigation app crucial to getting anywhere in Los Angeles. “What Waze is doing is navigating the scene,” he said. “It’s taking in all the information, it’s taking in other people’s traffic patterns, it’s taking in, what’s happening that we don’t even know behind the scene, and Waze makes decisions for us that we don’t realize is for our benefit. What we need to do when we interact with God and he tells us to go somewhere, we need to be like Waze, where we are excited about the journey, to take turns that we didn’t even realize were ahead of us. We’re going to go to places that we weren’t even certain we wanted to go.”

A member of the congregation commenting on the church’s style of preaching said, “I love that I can understand what they’re saying, and I don’t need somebody to interpret that for me. It just feels really real, really authentic. I think that’s what people want: authenticity and simplicity.”

According to the co-founder of the Oasis church, “What we’ve found is that this generation, particularly the millennials, they don’t want to know the theory. We make the Bible very practical and helpful and find humor in it. To the best of our ability, we’re trying to have fun while doing this.”

“Sometimes at Mosaic, it can feel a little commercial, when it’s just, like, this really homogeneous hipster-y space of selling Mosaic and they kind of get into this mode of ‘Hey, fill this out, tweet, link up with us,’” said a member of the congregation. “When that happens, I think it’s a little obnoxious. But I try not to think about that and redirect my attention inside.”

Reality LA deemphasizes the music performances. “There’s a tendency to focus on the talent of the musicians rather than on God, especially in Hollywood, where being on stage, that’s accentuated even more. We want the focus to be on Jesus, not on whoever’s playing lead guitar that Sunday,” the pastor said.

Reality LA is not especially welcoming to openly gay members, but Mosaic is more tolerant. “We have people in our community who are gay and live openly gay lifestyles,” McManus said. “We have people here who would say, ‘Homosexuality is clearly against the scriptures and is wrong,’ and we’re teaching them how to walk together. Our position is, you have to be for each other.”

Underneath all the musical productions, social media emphasis, and the casual style of dress, these churches claim to preach about the same God and the same things that, “most Christians have believed for the last 2,000 years,” according to Reality LA’s pastor. But they can scramble the signals of traditional churchgoers, even young ones. “I think it kind of bedazzles people,” said a member of Mosaic’s congregation that has four children. “When I first mentioned it, they were like, ‘I don’t want to go to church.’ But they were into it. They were super-confused in a cool way.”
