Fortunately a memo was leaked on 8/15/2016 that details how George Soros (BB, CFR) believed there were “new opportunities’ for his Open Society Foundation to control and manipulate worldwide immigration policies through his International Migration Initiative (IMI) and others, including the International Detention Coalition. Translation: Making substantial sums of money through the suffering of others.
The IMI have significant input into the European Programme for Integration and Migration and the Common European Asylum System. Control over these organizations allowed George Soros to significantly influence immigration policy worldwide in order to profit from it. These actions would keep the refugee crisis on everyone’s agenda so the profits would continue to accumulate for Soros.
The memo almost gleefully mentions that “the refugee crisis is opening new opportunities” for organizations under the George Soros umbrella to influence worldwide immigration policies through “coordination and collaboration.” The new opportunities began in 2010 when Soros started creating coordinated “migration corridors” in Asia, the Middle East, Central America, and then Mexico. Next came migration corridors in Russia and Central Asia in 2013. A co-author of the memo was actually hired by Soros to control the corridor in Eurasia.
This means all refugees flooding into countries worldwide, including those coming through Mexico into the United States, has been an orchestrated plan to weaken border controls by overrunning them with refugees to bankrupt the host countries. In the United States, the goal has also been to have all the illegal aliens and refugees change the political landscape forever by voting a Democratic majority into power that would never be able to be voted out of office.
Soros’ plan for the “weapon of migration” started in 2010 when he distributed grants to numerous organizations worldwide involved in starting the mass migration movement. The organizations receiving the grants had to make certain the migration corridor border controls were intentionally weakened by the authorities, or overrun by the migrants themselves. According to the report, the Soros’ organizations “aimed to prevent the violation of migrants’ rights by minimizing harsh border controls and decreasing the widespread use of detention and deportation.” What about the rights of citizens? Oh yeah, they’re expendable.
The memo included an assessment of how successful they had been at manipulating worldwide policies on immigration. According to the authors of the memo, they wanted to “consider the effectiveness of the approaches we have used to achieve change at the international level.” They also explained, “Our premise for engaging in work related to governance was that, in addition to mitigating the negative effects of enforcement, we should also be supporting actors in the field proactively seeking to change the policies, rules, and regulations that govern migration. We also believed that advances at the regional or international levels could create impetus for policy change or implementation of existing norms at the national level. We deliberately avoided the term ‘global governance’ because there is no single system at the global level for managing migration.” Not yet, anyway.
Manipulating immigration policies at the international level would enable the IMI to milk this cash cow for years to come. How would they do this? First, they had to create the migrant crisis. War is usually a good way to do that.
George Soros began significant destabilization in the Middle East in 2010 by fundng the Arab Spring. The first country affected was Tunisia, which ousted its president. As the Arab Spring spread across the Middle East, country after country had revolutions against their governments. In 2015, Soros was at a meeting, chaired by Commerce Secretary Pritzker (CFR), discussing how to rebuild Tunisia’s economy with Tunisia’s president, and others. This is a classic example of the New World Order in action: Create chaos, come up with a solution, and profit, profit, profit.
The Arab Spring had one purpose in mind and only one purpose: getting rid of government leaders that did not support the New World Order. Dictator Muammar Gaddafi of Libya was removed from office and subsequently killed. Hillary Clinton famously laughingly remarked, “We came; we saw; he died.”
In 2012, the mission to get rid of leaders against the NewWorld Order moved into Syria, ultimately creating a “Syrian refugee” crisis. A couple years later the “refugees” began flooding into Europe and later America. Citizens were brainwashed into welcoming these “Syrian refugee families” that were just trying to escape the war in Syria. In reality, very few of the “refugees” were Syrian, and 80% of them were single men in their 20’s, jihadi age. Rape and other violent ctimes have exploded exponentially in the European countries these “refugees’ have migrated into. Citizens of these countries have been brainwashed into not reporting the crimes because the actions of the “refugees” are “just part of their culture.” It may be part of their culture, but only in their country. If they are engaging in these actions of their “culture” in Europe, they are committing crimes and should be punished accordingly.
The IMI awarded more than 40 grants between 2014 and 2016, totalling more than $8 million, to companies involved in corridor issues, such as governance and enforcement.
The memo contained several conclusions, such as, “Accepting the current crisis as the new normal and moving beyond the need to react.” Continuing the suffering of others indefinitely for profit and control.
