What is a usurper? A usurper is someone that seizes and holds (a position, office, power, etc.) by force or without legal right. The Constitution of the United States lists the qualifications for being president as being at least 35 years of age, and a natural born citizen of the United States. Only the office of president refers to the office holder as having to be a natural born citizen.
A natural born citizen has nothing to do with where the person was born. A natural born citizen is someone whose parents were both American citizens when the person was born. Obama’s father was a British citizen, but never an American citizen. According to British nationality law, Obama is also a British citizen. The Supreme Court has ruled several times that a natural born citizen is someone whose parents were both American citizens when the birth occurred.
What did we know about Barack Obama’s life when he was running for president in 2008? Why were people demonized that dared to ask legitimate questions about his past? Apparently because he had a lot to hide!
OBAMA’S EARLY LIFE —
“I grew up without my father around,” President Obama casually lied in his 2011 Father’s Day address. “He left when I was 2 years old.” No, as Obama Sr.’s INS file confirms, he never lived with Obama’s mother, Ann. But as Lolo Soetoro’s INS file confirms, Soetoro, a Sunni Muslim, filled the void almost immediately and would do so for the next 11 years. According to a New York Times reporter who spent years researching Ann’s life, Soetoro began dating Ann in late 1963 right around the time Obama turned 2. There are photos to prove it. Soetoro was expected to return to Indonesia in 1964, both to comply with American immigration law and to honor his contract with the Indonesian government. He did not want to go. So he got married. On her 1981 passport application, Ann claims March 5, 1964, as her marriage date. This date is confirmed in the book, “A Singular Woman”: “[Soetoro] and Ann had married on March 5, 1964, shortly after she divorced Obama.” Very shortly indeed! If the author were paying attention to dates, she would have noticed that Ann formally divorced Obama on that very same day, March, 5, 1964. According to Soetoro’s INS file, he and Ann would not marry officially until March 15, 1965.
In July 1965, Ann applied for a passport. Although the State Department claimed to have “destroyed” the 1965 application and any that preceded it in a routine purge, a 1968 renewal application exists. By 1968, the future president had moved to Indonesia with his mother and stepfather, and his mother listed him on the passport application as “Barack Hussein Obama (Soebarkah).” The “Soebarkah” has never been well explained, but it may be a compound name Soe-Bar-kah suggesting that “Bar” as in “Barack” has been adopted by “Soe,” as in “Soetoro.”
There is one other bit of evidence to consider. Before signing the application, Ann had to attest to several conditions. Most would have no applicability to her son – for instance, serving in a foreign army or voting in a foreign election – but one might. It reads as follows: “I have not (and no other person to be included in the passport or documentation has), since acquiring United States citizenship, been naturalized as a citizen of a foreign state.” The application then cautions the signer that if any of these acts apply to anyone named on the passport, “the portion which applies should be struck out.” Likely after reading this, Ann struck out the name “Barack Hussein Obama (Soebarkah)” with five carefully placed scratch lines. This would seem to strengthen the case that Obama was adopted by Soetoro and became a citizen of Indonesia.
When asked to explain his Muslim heritage, Obama replied, “My father was from Kenya, and a lot of people in his village were Muslim. He didn’t practice Islam. Truth is he wasn’t very religious. He met my mother. My mother was a Christian from Kansas, and they married and then divorced. I was raised by my mother. So, I’ve always been a Christian. The only connection I’ve had to Islam is that my grandfather on my father’s side came from that country. But I’ve never practiced Islam. … For a while, I lived in Indonesia because my mother was teaching there. And that’s a Muslim country. And I went to school. But I didn’t practice. But what I do think it does is it gives me insight into how these folks think, and part of how I think we can create a better relationship with the Middle East and that would help make us safer is if we can understand how they think about issues.
Actually, Obama’s father was from the “British East Africa Protectorate”. It did not become known as Kenya until 1963, two years after Obama’s birth. Obama has also said how proud he is of his father fighting in WW II. Obama’s birth certificate says his father was 25 years old in 1961 when Obama was born. That means he was probably born in 1936. World War II was fought between 1939 and 1945, which means his father was three years old when the war started! Were three-year-olds drafted to fight in World War II?
“I’ve always been a Christian,” said Obama, focusing on his own personal lack of practice of Islam as a child to deny any connection to Islam. But Muslims do not see practice as key. For them, that he was born to a line of Muslim males makes him born a Muslim. Further, all children born with an Arabic name based on the H-S-N trilateral root (Hussein, Hassan, and others) can be assumed to be Muslim, so they will understand Obama’s full name, Barack Hussein Obama, to proclaim him a born Muslim.
Family and friends considered him as a child to be Muslim. In “Obama Debunks Claim About Islamic School,” an Associated Press reporter wrote on January 24, 2007, that Obama’s mother, divorced from Obama’s father, married a man from Indonesia named Lolo Soetoro, and the family relocated to the country from 1967-71. At first, Obama attended the Catholic school, Fransiskus Assisis, where documents showed he enrolled as a Muslim, the religion of his stepfather. The document required that each student choose one of five state-sanctioned religions when registering – Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Catholic or Protestant. When asked about this, Obama’s communications director responded by indicating that he wasn’t sure why the document had Obama listed as a Muslim. “Senator Obama has never been a Muslim,” he said.
Two months later, Paul Watson of the Los Angeles Times reported that the Obama campaign had retreated from that absolute statement and instead issued a more nuanced one: “Obama has never been a practicing Muslim.” The Times looked into the matter further and learned more about his Indonesian interlude: His former Roman Catholic and Muslim teachers, along with two people who were identified by Obama’s grade-school teacher as childhood friends, say Obama was registered by his family as a Muslim at both schools he attended. That registration meant that during the third and fourth grades, Obama learned about Islam for two hours each week in religion class. The childhood friends say Obama sometimes went to Friday prayers at the local mosque. “We prayed but not really seriously, just following actions done by older people in the mosque. But as kids, we loved to meet our friends and went to the mosque together and played,” said Zulfin Adi. … Obama’s younger sister, Maya Soetoro, said in a statement released by the campaign that the family attended the mosque only “for big communal events,” not every Friday. Recalling Obama’s time in Indonesia, the Times account contains quotes that Obama “went to the mosque,” and that he “was Muslim.”
Summarized, available evidence suggests Obama was born a Muslim to a non-practicing Muslim father and for some years had a reasonably Muslim upbringing under the auspices of his Indonesian stepfather. Dozens of interviews with former classmates, teachers, neighbors and friends show that Obama was not a regular practicing Muslim when he was in Indonesia, despite being listed as a Muslim on the registration form for the Catholic school, Strada Asisia, where he attended 1st through 3rd grades. At the time, the school most likely registered children based on the religion of their fathers, said [Israella Pareira] Darmawan, Obama’s former [1st-grade] teacher. Because Soetoro was a Muslim, Obama was listed as a Muslim, she said. At some point in his late twenties, he converted to Christianity. It appears false to state, as Obama does, “I’ve always been a Christian” and “I’ve never practiced Islam.” The campaign appears to be either ignorant or fabricating when it states that “Obama never prayed in a mosque.”
Obama’s conversion to another faith, in short, makes him a murtadd. That said, the punishment for childhood apostasy is less severe than for the adult version. As Robert Spencer points out, “according to Islamic law an apostate male is not to be put to death if he has not reached puberty (cf. ‘Umdat al-Saliko8.2; Hidayah vol. II p. 246). Some, however, hold that he should be imprisoned until he is of age and then ‘invited’ to accept Islam, but officially the death penalty for youthful apostates is ruled out.”
Obama’s former grade three teacher said he studied the Koran and prayed with Muslims despite the objections of his mother. The teacher remembers Obama as a “fat, curly-haired, curious boy”, that attended classes on Islam and Christianity. According to the teacher, “His mother did not like him learning Islam, although his father was a Muslim. Sometimes she came to the school; she was angry with the religious teacher and said ‘Why did you teach him the Koran? . . . But he kept going to the classes because he was interested in Islam. He would also join the other pupils for Muslim prayers.”
Yet, information about Obama’s Indonesian schooling first surfaced in January 2007 in a blog called An American Expat in Southeast Asia. The blog documented Obama was registered January 1, 1968, under the name Barry Soetoro, with serial number 203, in Class 1B at the Catholic Franciscan Assisi Primary School in Jakarta. School records listed Barry Soetoro as an Indonesian citizen born in Honolulu, Hawaii, on August 4, 1961. His religion was listed as Islam. According to the blog, school documents recorded Barry’s father as L. Soetoro Ma, a worker in the director general’s office in the TNI Topography division of the Indonesian army. The records indicated Barry attended the Franciscan school for three years, until Class 3. The listing of Obama in an official record in a foreign country as a foreign citizen should have prompted a major media investigation.
Indonesian law at the time required instruction in Islam, a contention confirmed by two academic studies done by Lambert Kelabora, a lecturer in Indonesian Education at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia.
When Obama attended 4th grade in 1971, Muslim children spent two hours a week studying Islam, and Christian children spent those two hours learning about the Christian religion. A recent visit to this public school discovered that weekly religious classes are required for all students, whether Muslims, Christians or Hindus, under the government curriculum. A new shiny mosque is in the corner of the courtyard. “The Muslims learn about Islam, prayer and religious activity,” said Hardi Priyono, the vice principal for curriculum. “And for the Christians, during the religious class, they also have a special room teaching Christianity. It’s always been like that.”
In the first Indonesian neighborhood that Obama lived with his stepfather Lolo Soetoro, he occasionally followed his stepfather to the mosque for Friday prayers, a few neighbors said. According to Obama’s 3rd-grade teacher at the Catholic school, who lived near the family, “Rarely, Barry [a nickname for Barack] went to the mosque with Lolo.” Apparently Lolo was “much more of a free spirit than a devout Muslim” and “hardly the image of a pious Muslim,” according to family and friends.
In his autobiography, Dreams of My Father, Obama relates how he got into trouble because he “made faces during Koranic studies,” thereby revealing he was a Muslim, for Indonesian students in his day attended religious classes according to their faith. Indeed, Obama still retains knowledge from that class: Nicholas D. Kristof of the New York Times, reports that Obama “recalled the opening lines of the Arabic call to prayer, reciting them [to Kristof] with a first-rate accent.”
According to an article in the Washington Post about Santo Fransiskus Asisi at “Catholic school in Indonesia seeks recognition for its role in Obama’s life.” It includes these details: An old school registry at Asisi records how, under the name “Barry Soetoro,” he entered first grade at the start of the school year on January 1, 1968. He was registered as a Muslim, based on his stepfather’s faith. … While at Besuki, Obama received instruction in Islam. But, recalled Rully Dasaad, a former classmate, Obama horsed around in class and, during readings of the Koran, got “laughed at because of his funny pronunciation.”
A woman claiming to be a former childhood friend of Obama’s spoke out about the president’s past in an exclusive interview. She knew Obama as “Barry” while he was living in Hawaii, and says she spent a lot of time hanging out with him during that time. She says she met the president in 1977 when she was about 13 or 14 years old, and although he was a few years older than her, they ran in the same circle of friends, hanging out around town and spending time on the beach in Waikiki. “During those years, during the summertime, we as neighborhood kids, we would sort of hang out. We all sort of knew each other’s business,” she said. “He always portrayed himself as a foreign student, that didn’t mean that much to me then, but that’s just what we knew about him.”
“He very much was within the gay community, which . . . even back then, a thriving gay community in that area . . . ” she said. “We knew Barry, just as common knowledge that girls were never anything that he was ever interested in. As a young teenager, you know as a young girl, it was clear that he was strictly into men.”
“He and I didn’t even really get along,” she said of her relationship with Obama, “because one of his attributes that’s still evident today is that he was even a pathological liar even back then. I’m not kidding. Every time this guy would open his mouth the most outlandish stories would come out. I remember us saying, ‘Barry, don’t you ever get tired of lying?’ It was always some self-aggrandizing thing. It was always something to egotistically boost himself. He didn’t actually have a lot of friends or anything really, he was just in the periphery. ”
“If you were going to do cocaine it was in powder form, and it was very expensive. Here we are, a bunch of broke teenagers, in other words for somebody to brag that they had this cocaine was somewhat newsworthy within our little clique. He would get with these older, white, gay men, and this is how we pretty much had this impression that that’s how he was procuring this cocaine. In other words he was having sex with these older, white guys and that’s how he was getting his cocaine to be able to freebase.”
Speaking further about his tendency to tell lies, she said, “His lies would just be mundane things. In other words, if he told you the sun was shining, you better go out and check.”
She also claims she called the FBI to report Obama’s use of fake social security numbers. “They did nothing,” she said. “I told them about my past. Nobody ever called me back. Nobody ever wanted to get any further information, so I felt I was being stonewalled, and this is several years ago I’m talking about that I called the FBI. Nobody was interested in my story, so that’s part of it. When he very first came on the scene I scratched my head, thinking, has he really changed his ways? I remember this guy as ‘low road’ guy. In other words, you wouldn’t trust this guy to walk your dog. I have gay friends. I don’t care that he’s gay. I don’t care that he prolifically freebased cocaine in the 70s, I was sort of waiting to see what kind of adult he was.”
When Obama was in high school in Hawaii, there were numerous stories about his drug use and sexual orientation. According to David Maraniss’ Barack Obama: The Story “Barry the Dope dealer”, Barry was quite the accomplished marijuana addicted enthusiast back in high school at Punahou School in Honolulu, and college at Occidental College in Los Angeles.
At Punahou, Obama hung out with a group of boys who loved basketball and good times, and called themselves the Choom Gang. Choom is a verb, meaning “to smoke marijuana.”
According to a classmate of Obama’s at Columbia University, Class of ’83, that attended Pre-Law and Political Science classes with Obama, he has never met Obama; never seen him; never heard of him; and neither have any classmates he knew at Columbia ever met him, seen him, or heard of him. The Wall Street Journal reported in 2008 that Fox News randomly called 400 of Obama’s Columbia classmates and never found one who had ever met Obama.
This mystery could easily be resolved if Obama released his Columbia transcripts, but instead keeps them sealed. What is he hiding? If he had poor grades at Occidental, how did he get admitted to an Ivy League university? And if his grades at Columbia were awful, how’d he ever get into Harvard Law School? How did Obama pay for all these fancy schools without coming from a wealthy background? Could Obama have been admitted to both Occidental and Columbia as a foreign exchange student?
OBAMA’S POLITICAL YEARS —
In 1990, a literary agent persuaded Obama to put a book proposal together that she submitted. A publisher signed on and authorized approximately a $125,000 advance in November 1990 for Obama’s proposed memoir. Obama then went to Chicago, where the University of Chicago offered him an office and stipend to help him write. Obama had writing difficulties. At one point, in order to finish without interruption, he went to Bali for a month. After all that, Obama was still unable to finish the book within the one year deadline.
“Obama had missed deadlines and handed in bloated, yet incomplete drafts,” David Remnick says in The Bridge. Simon & Schuster, the publisher, lost patience. In the summer of 1993, Simon & Schuster canceled the contract. The publisher asked that Obama return at least some of the advance. According to Christopher Andersen in his book, Barack and Michelle: Portrait of an American Marriage, Obama had spent $75,000 of the advance and could not pay it back. According to Andersen, the publisher let Obama keep the money only after he pled poverty due to “massive student loan debt” — this despite a combined salary for the still childless Obamas well into six figures, not to mention the trip to Bali and a trip to Kenya for the couple as well.
The literary agent then found another publisher who met with Obama, took his word that he could finish the book, and authorized a new advance of $40,000. By this time, Obama was working as a full-time associate at the law firm of Davis Miner, teaching classes at the University of Chicago Law School, and spinning through a social whirl that would have left Scarlett O’Hara dizzy. Writes Remnick, “He and Michelle accepted countless invitations to lunches, dinners, cocktail parties, barbecues, and receptions for right minded charities.” Obama had also joined the East Bank Club, a combined gym and urban country club, and served on at least a few charitable boards.
According to Andersen, Obama found himself deeply in debt and “hopelessly blocked.” At “Michelle’s urging,” Obama “sought advice from his friend and Hyde Park neighbor Bill Ayers.” What attracted the Obamas were “Ayers’s proven abilities as a writer.” Noting that Obama had already taped interviews with many of his relatives, both African and American, Andersen elaborates, “These oral histories, along with his partial manuscript and a trunkload of notes were given to Ayers.” The result was Dreams From My Father. The book didn’t do very well in 1995, which is easy to understand with gems like this in the book: “To avoid being mistaken for a sellout, I chose my friends carefully. The more politically active black students. The foreign students. The Chicanos. The Marxist professors and the structural feminists and punk-rock performance poets.” The sales shot through the roof after Obama’s keynote speech at the 2004 Democratic convention. Obama then dumped his devoted longtime agent after Dreams took off and signed a seven-figure deal with Crown. Obama pulled off the deal after his election but before being sworn in as Senator in order to avoid the disclosure and reporting requirements applicable to members of Congress.
In 1991, Obama contacted the same literary agent to publish his proposed biography, “Journeys in Black and White.” The agent produced a brochure about the book to send to colleagues in the publishing industry. The brochure stated that “Barack Obama, the first African-American president of the Harvard Law Review, was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii. The son of an American anthropologist and a Kenyan finance minister, he attended Columbia University and worked as a financial journalist and editor for Business International Corporation. He served as project coordinator in Harlem for the New York Public Interest Research Group, and was Executive Director of the Developing Communities Project in Chicago’s South Side. His commitment to social and racial issues will be evident in his first book, Journeys in Black and White.” The book was never produced.
The socialist New Party, established in 1992, sought to elect members to public office with the goal of moving the Democratic Party far left to eventually form a new political party with a socialist agenda. The New Party used electoral “fusion,” which enabled candidates to run on two tickets simultaneously, attracting voters from both parties. In 1997 the Supreme Court stopped fusion, and the New Party ceased to operate the following year.
In 2009, a former top member of the New Party recounted President Obama’s involvement in the organization. “A subcommittee met with (Obama) to interview him to see if his stand on the living wage and similar reforms was the same as ours,” recalled Marxist activist Carl Davidson. “We determined that our views on these overlapped, and we could endorse his campaign in the Democratic Party,” Davidson said. Davidson was a Chicago member and activist within the New Party. He is also a notorious far-left activist and former radical national leader in the anti-Vietnam War movement. He served as national secretary for the infamous Students of a Democratic Society anti-war group, from which the Weather Underground domestic terrorist organization later splintered.
Davidson remembers Obama attending a New Party meeting to thank attendees for voting for him. Davidson said that to his knowledge Obama was not a member of the New Party “in any practical way.” Becoming a New Party member requires some effort on behalf of the politician. Candidates must be approved by the party’s political committee and, once approved, must sign a contract mandating they will have a “visible and active relationship” with the party. Davidson said there was no need for Obama to sign a contract because, “At the end of our session with him, we simply affirmed there was no need to do so, because on all the key points, the stand of his campaign and the New Party reform planks were practically the same.”
The socialist-oriented goals of the New Party were enumerated on its old website. Among the New Party’s stated objectives were “full employment, a shorter work week and a guaranteed minimum income for all adults; a universal ‘social wage’ to include such basic benefits as health care, child care, vacation time and lifelong access to education and training; a systematic phase-in of comparable worth and like programs to ensure gender equity.” The New Party stated it also sought “the democratization of our banking and financial system – including popular election of those charged with public stewardship of our banking system, worker-owner control over their pension assets [and] community-controlled alternative financial institutions.”
Many of the New Party’s founding members were Democratic Socialists of America leaders and members of Committees of Correspondence, a breakaway of the Communist Party USA. Obama attended several DSA events and meetings, including a DSA-sponsored town hall meeting February 25, 1996, entitled “Employment and Survival in Urban America.” He sought and received an endorsement from the DSA.
Asked if he thought Obama has socialist leanings, Davidson stated, “The truth is that Obama was and is a liberal Democrat and an Alinskyist community organizer – which if you know much about Alinsky, is just militant liberalism . . . Obama was never a man of the left, either in his views or in being a member of an actual socialist organization.” While running for the Illinois state Senate in 1996 as a Democrat, Obama actively sought and received the endorsement of the New Party, according to confirmed reports during the 2008 presidential campaign. In 2008, Obama’s presidential campaign denied he was ever an actual member of the New Party. However, documents show he was a member. Chicago’s Democratic Socialists of America newsletter New Ground reported in its July/August 1996 edition that Obama attended a New Party membership meeting on April 11, 1996, in which he expressed his gratitude for the group’s support and “encouraged NPers (New Party members) to join in his task forces on voter education and voter registration.” Among New Party members was linguist and radical activist Noam Chomsky.
The Left seeks fundamental structural change to our entire form of government. In keeping with their amoral, means-justifies-ends philosophy, they will register any voters, dead or alive, legal or illegal, who will then vote as many times as possible, in order to establish a “permanent progressive majority.” As two New York Democrats recently caught in a vote fraud scandal told police, “voter fraud is an accepted way of winning elections…” The ultimate goal is a systematized, taxpayer-funded voting machinery that will guarantee maximum participation from the Left’s voting demographic while undermining the ability to manage elections and prevent fraud. Key to understanding the Left’s vote-fraud strategy is the community organizing group ACORN. ACORN has become synonymous with corruption, complicity in the subprime mortgage crisis, and especially vote fraud. ACORN and its voter registration arm, Project Vote, hire marginal and unskilled workers at very low rates and use incentive bonuses or quotas to encourage them to collect as many voter registrations as possible. The resulting flood of registrations are fraught with duplicates, errors and omissions, and a large number are overtly fraudulent
ACORN is directly connected to Obama and the Democratic Party. Counsel to The Advance Group, a strategic planning company, is Michael Gaspard, Patrick Gaspard’s brother. Patrick is currently the DNC’s executive director and President Obama’s former political director. He has worked for ACORN, the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) and the Working Families Party, a descendant of the ACORN-founded New Party which Barack Obama joined in 1996. Obama has bragged of “fighting alongside ACORN on issues you care about my entire career.”
Barack Obama established his organizing bona fides with Project Vote in 1992, when he registered 150,000 Illinois voters. Project Vote was created and run for years by Zach Polett, who bragged that he trained Barack Obama in 1992 and said of Obama, “ACORN produces leaders.” Polett is listed as president of Voting for America, one of Project Vote’s former names, although his name is not on Project Vote’s website. Calls to that listing roll into a voice mail identifying the organizations as “CSI.” Polett’s extension is #3. CSI is the acronym for Citizens Services Inc., another supposedly defunct ACORN group that was used to hide over $800,000 paid by candidate Obama to ACORN in 2008.
In 1995, Obama announced he was running for Illionois State Senator. He made the announcement in the living room of unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers and his wife, fellow terrorist Bernadine Dorhn. When asked during the 2008 presidential campaign about his relationship with the left-wing radical Bill Ayers, Barack Obama replied that Ayers was just “a guy who lives in my neighborhood.” He implied that to even bring that questionable relationship out of the shadows was a mean-spirited, guilt-by-association political tactic. Ayers, Obama went on, had done something deplorable “forty years ago when I was six or seven years old.”
“Done something deplorable” is an understatement! William (Bill) Ayers went underground with several comrades after their co-conspirators’ bomb accidentally exploded on March 6, 1970, destroying a Greenwich Village townhouse and killing three members of the Weather Underground (Ted Gold, Terry Robbins, and Diana Oughton, who was Ayers’ girlfriend at the time). He and his colleagues invented identities and traveled continuously. They avoided the police and FBI, while bombing high-profile government buildings including: the United States Capitol, The Pentagon, and the Harry S. Truman Building housing the State Department. Living underground, Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn raised two children, Zayd and Malik, (Muslim names) before turning themselves in in 1981, when most charges were dropped because of what Ayers described as “extreme governmental misconduct” during the long search for the fugitives.
Dohrn served seven months in a NYC federal jail in 1983 for refusing to testify before a grand jury investigating the Brinks robbery of 1981, in which two policemen and a security guard were killed.
What exactly were the Weather Underground into? The Weather Underground was an FBI-designated “domestic terrorist group” that sought to topple the U.S. government, notoriously bombed banks, federal buildings and police stations – even killing a police officer and injuring others. Members provoked riots, organized jail breaks, committed arson and conspired with communist regimes in what they saw as a violent revolution for social justice and peace that would bring into power a totalitarian communist dictatorship. The Weather Underground reportedly planned to bomb airplanes and assassinate the president, vice president, attorney general and New York Gov. Nelson Rockefeller. The group even intended to murder one-tenth of the U.S. population, labeling them “diehard capitalists,” and to put many more into “re-education” camps in the Southwest.
According to an FBI informant that infiltrated the Underground from 1969 to 1970, the group “actually believed that they were capable of overthrowing the government.” According to informant Larry Grathwohl, “[T]here was a lot of turmoil in the country, both anti-war movements and also a big uprising with civil rights,” he said. “So it was kind of easy for these guys to think that maybe they were part of an international conspiracy that was going to overthrow the government. They honestly believed that they were going to succeed and that the only way to accomplish this goal of creating a communist society and government here in the United States was by strategic sabotage.”
Grathwohl explained that members divided themselves into groups of four to five people who operated in cities throughout the United States until the mid-1980s. He said after the organization went underground, it had purged everyone it considered “politically weak. The people that were left were people like Bill Ayers, Mark Rudd, Bernadine Dohrn, who were certainly committed – at least in one another’s eyes – to this revolution and to this strategic sabotage.”
In 1974, Grathwohl testified before the U.S. Senate, identifying Dohrn as the person who spearheaded a deadly bombing. Grathwohl said it’s “ludicrous” that so many leaders in the Weather Underground went on to teach at major universities. Bill Ayers recently retired from teaching at the University of Chicago.
One day Grathwohl said to his mother, ‘You know, the problem for me is that I didn’t become a criminal. I should have [gone] out and robbed a Brinks armored car and killed two cops and a guard, and today I’d be a professor at Columbia University and also an associate or adjunct at the New York University Law School. … It’s like the bad guys are the good guys, and the good guys are the bad guys.”
Several months before his death in 2013, he wrote, “I have spent years attempting to warn fellow Americans of the dangers these people pose now, as well as they did in the past. Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn have not changed the color of their stripes and they continue – to this day – to destroy this country’s government and [their plans] replace it with communism . . . Barack has not limited himself to merely attacking those liberties which he finds trivial but to include the very guarantee of freedom of speech by attacking any and all who oppose him. It is also important to note that Barack Obama is, without doubt, an associate, friend and fellow traveler along with Bernadine Dorn, Bill Ayers and many others who believe in the total destruction of this country.”
In 2012 at an Occupy Wall Street event at Union Square, Bill Ayers said, “I get up every morning and think…today I’m going to end capitalism.”
Just “a guy who lives in my neighborhood” is quite an understatement also! Ten years before Obama described Ayers as “a guy who lives in my neighborhood”, Obama did a review for Ayers’ 1997 book, “A Kind and Just Parent,” writing, “A searing and timely account of the juvenile court system, and the courageous individuals who rescue hope from despair”. And, in 1989, Obama was a summer intern at the corporate law firm Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago where he met Michelle Robinson, his summer adviser. Michelle’s friend and fellow staffer was Bernadine Dohrn. The relationship between the Obamas and the Ayers is close and has spanned twenty years, much longer than Ayers was just a guy living in Obama’s neighborhood!
A prominent member of Chicago’s homosexual community claims Obama’s participation in the “gay” bar and bathhouse scene was so well known that many who were aware of his lifestyle were shocked when he ran for president and finally won the White House. “It was preposterous to the people I knew then to think Obama was going to keep his gay life secret,” said Kevin DuJan, who was a gossip columnist in Chicago for various blogs when Obama was living in the city as a community organizer and later a state senator. “If you just hang out at these bars, the older guys who have been frequenting these gay bars for 25 years will tell you these stories,” DuJan said. “Obama used to go to the gay bars during the week, most often on Wednesday, and they said he was very much into older white guys.” Then he said that Obama is “not heterosexual and he’s not bisexual. He’s homosexual.”
Investigative journalist Wayne Madsen confirmed DuJan’s claims. “It is common knowledge in the Chicago gay community that Obama actively visited the gay bars and bathhouses in Chicago while he was an Illinois state senator,” Madsen said.
Also, rumors have swirled around Obama’s relationship with his personal aide and former “body man,” Reggie Love, who resurfaced on the eve of the Republican National Convention to support his old boss. Love resigned from the White House in November 2011 after compromising photographs of him as a college student received wide circulation.
According to DuJan, during Obama’s first presidential campaign, “there was fear in the gay community” about talking openly about Obama being homosexual, particularly after the murder in December 2007 of Donald Young, the openly gay choir director at Jeremiah Wright’s Trinity United Church of Christ, who was known to be a close friend of Obama.
In 2001, Obama appeared on a public radio program in Chicago and made these comments about the Constitution: “. . . one of the, I think, tragedies of the civil rights movement was, um, because the civil rights movement became so court focused I think that there was a tendency to lose track of the political and community organizing and activities on the ground that are able to put together the actual coalition of powers through which you bring about redistributive change.” Seven years later, in 2008, Obama said, ” We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”
OBAMA’S METEORIC RISE TO THE PRESIDENCY —
A retired Chicago-area mailman recently came forward with his first-person recollection of a clean-cut young man he identified as Obama who approached him and told him he was going to be president. The mailman delivered mail to Tom and Mary Ayers in a Chicago suburb in the late 1980s and early 1990s and claims to have met Obama in front of the Ayers home.
The mailman says that in conversations with Mary Ayers while on his route he learned of the couple’s enthusiasm and support for a black foreign student. He recounted when he met the student who fit Mary Ayers’ description in front of the Ayers home in Glen Ellyn, IL That young man, the mailman is convinced, was Barack Obama. “Sometimes Mary would be out when I delivered the mail, and we would exchange a few words on occasion,” he said. “One day, Mary came to the door when I came up to the house with the mail,” he remembers. “After a greeting, she started enthusiastically talking to me about this young black student they were helping out, and she referred to him as a foreign student.” He assumed that by “helping” the student, Mary Ayers meant she and her husband were financially supporting the black foreign-exchange student with his education. “I was taken aback by how enthusiastic she was about him,” he said. “And I believe she said he was from either Kenya or Indonesia, and I favor Indonesia in my recollection.”
About a year later, the mailman recalls meeting a young black male on the sidewalk in front of the Ayers home. He described the man as being in his early 20s, noting that he was tall, thin, had a light complexion and that his ears stuck out. “He greeted me, he was very polite, dressed nicely, but informally – slacks and a dress shirt – and he spoke with no accent. Immediately this young black man entered into conversation with me. He told me he had taken the train out from Chicago and had come to thank the Ayers family personally for having helped him with his education.”
The mailman remembered asking the young man what his plans were for the future. “He looked right at me and told me he was going to be president of the United States . . . There was a little bit of a grin on his face when he said it – he sounded sure of himself, but not arrogant. I know how people will say things because they have an ambition, but it did not come across that way,” the mailman said. “It came across as if this young black male was telling me he was going to be president, almost as if it were the statement of a scientific fact that had already been determined, as if his being president had been already pre-arranged.”
Barack Hussein Soebarkah? A speculative but informative analysis by Jason Kissner in the American Thinker connects Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, to the Subud cult, a small Muslim sect in Indonesia founded by a Javanese Muslim, Muhammed Subuh. If Kissner’s analysis is correct, Obama’s mother converted to a very attenuated version of Islamic teachings. And it gets even stranger.
The Subud cult appears to have had 20,000 members worldwide in 2001. Subud was based in Chicago, Indonesia, and Hawaii. When Subud reached Hawaii in the 1960’s, there were 25 members in Hawaii. Another member of the Hawaiian cult, Loretta Fuddy, eventually became chairwoman of Subud USA, based in Seattle from 2006 to 2008.
In January 2011, Loretta Fuddy assumed the Director of the State Department of Health in Hawaii position, just a few months before the release of Obama’s long form birth certificate. An excerpt from SubudVoice in 2011 verifies the connection:

Arianne (no second name) wrote to me to say, “Talked to Irin Poellot who is reading the book about Obama’s mother and has already run into several literal mentions of Subud!!! I remember the late Mansur Madeiros mentioning he knew her in Indonesia and he is mentioned in the book! I can’t help wondering if we will get inquiries about Subud since it is mentioned often in a book which probably will be widely read. It also is a delicious fact that our Subud sister, Ms Fuddy, just was appointed to her post in the Health Dept in Hawaii in time to be involved in the documentation of fact that Obama was born there.
“I wrote back asking for more specific information and Arianne replied, “Irin kindly supplied some quotes: In chapter 4 “Initiation in Java” the Subud members are quoted. And then (on page 116): “…she (Ann) was hired to start an English-language, business-communications department in one of the few private non profit management-training schools in the country.”
Ann “found a group of young Americans and Britons enrolled in an intensive course in Bahasa Indonesia, the national language, at the University of Indonesia recalled Irwan Holmes, (a member of the original group). She was looking for teachers. A half dozen of them accepted her invitation, many of them members of an international spiritual organization, Subud, with a residential compound in a suburb of Jakarta..”
According to Bapak, the Indonesian Subud master, many Subud followers change their names, mostly for spiritual reasons, In fact, Loretta Fuddy was known as Deliana Loretta Fuddy. The above biographical material bonds Ann Soetoro to Subud members via an English language, business communications department post. According to the New York Times here, that would have been around 1970 or 1971. However, the passport renewal application with the name “Soebarkah” dates to 1968. This suggests that either the “Soebarkah” handle came from nowhere, or that matters are as we have discussed and that Ann Soetoro in fact came to Subud before 1970 — perhaps in Hawaii. Ann Soetoro’s 1968 passport renewal application raises the spectre of possible Obama birth certificate fraud yet again. “Sorebarkah” appears in the section labeled “Amend to Include (Exclude) Children.” The name Barack Hussein Obama (Sorebarkah) is crossed out. Perhaps it means that Ann Soetoro had improvidently decided to exclude Barack from her passport renewal, but changed her mind about exclusion after having been informed by the Consulate that doing so would leave Barack passportless. Or maybe she was trying to include Obama in the renewal, but wasn’t able to produce a birth certificate, and the Subud name “Soebarkah” just didn’t do the trick? That could explain why the Subud name “Soebarkah” appears nowhere else (that is known of anyway). But then, exactly how did Obama do his traveling at certain points in time?
Fuddy gained attention in 2011 after deciding to publicly release President Obama’s Hawaii birth certificate to rebut claims he was born outside the U.S.
On December 11, 2013, Fuddy was the only person on a small aircraft, with seven other passengers and the pilot, to die in an airplane crash. She died from cardiac arrhythmia as a result of stress from the crash, according to Maui police. The pilot and a passenger who swam to shore said Fuddy appeared fine while bobbing in the water after everyone exited the plane and waited for help. Rescuers eventually pulled the pilot and the others from the water. A passenger said he swam about a half-mile in 6-foot waves to Molokai’s rugged shoreline, thinking the others aboard the plane were fine bobbing in their life vests, awaiting rescue. He said he was surprised to learn later that Fuddy died. Fuddy was clinging to the hand of her deputy, who tried to help her relax.
Numerous presidential eligibility lawsuits have been filed ever since Obama was elected in 2008, yet none of them have amounted to anything, even when based on legal precedents over 100 years old!
An investigator from the Maricopa County (Arizona) Sheriff’s Office spent months investigating if Obama could legally be on the Arizona ballot. An excerpt from page 13 regarding analysis of Obama documents by a court certified document examiner states as follows: Upon the conclusion of our expert’s examination he issued an independent 40 page forensic report in which he verified our investigational finding and validating conclusion in full agreement with the finds of investigators. He concluded: “. . . based on my observations and findings, it is clear that Certificate of Live Birth I examined is not a scan of an original paper birth certificate, but a digitally manufactured document created by utilizing material from various sources,” and “In over 20 years of examining documentation of various types, I have never seen a document that is so seriously questionable in so many respects. In my opinion, the birth certificate is entirely fabricated.”
The birth certificate contains some interesting inaccuracies. In 1961, people of color were called ‘Negroes.’ Yet, Obama’s birth certificate states he is “African-American,” which didn’t start appearing in newspapers until the 1970’s. The birth certificate also shows that Obama’s father was born in “Kenya, East Africa”. Yet, Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two years after Obama’s birth. Until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the “British East Africa Protectorate”. The place of birth listed on the birth certificate is “Kapi’olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital”. Yet, in 1961 the hospitals were named ”KauiKeolani Children’s Hospital” and “Kapi’olani Maternity Home”, respectively. The name did not change to Kapi’olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged.
Private investigators have discovered that Obama is using a Connecticut social security number, even though there is no record he ever had a mailing address in the state. The number was issued between 1977 and 1979, yet Obama’s earliest employment was in 1975 at a Baskin-Robbins ice cream shop in Oahu, Hawaii.
Barack Obama was caught using a social security number that was clearly not issued to him, as far back as 2010. He has used it on numerous occasions but there have been aggressive attempts to get rid of the evidence. This article includes an image from a 2009 tax return. Even though there is a line through the social security number, it is pretty easy to make it out as 042-68-4425. Some say this number was assigned to a man that was born in 1890. Who it may belong to is not important. The important fact is that Barack Obama has used, on numerous, occasions, a social security number that is very likely not rightfully his. The “042” social security numbers are common to Connecticut, not Hawaii, and there is a lot of question surrounding this number, no matter who it might actually belong to. Why Barack Obama’s social security card application might have included a Connecticut mailing address is something of a curiosity, as he had no known connection to that state at the time, but by itself that quirk is no indicator of fraud.
On August 17, 2011, a Costco employee who had not voted for Obama, discovered Obama failed E-Verify. Here’s his/her account: ” I ran Obama’s name, the SSN he uses, 042-68-4425 and the birth date he claims, through an E-Verify check and it came back flagged with a Special Indicator Code (SIC) for fraud . . . special indicator #8 which identifies an SSN that was determined to have been assigned based on fraudulent documents or no documents and is only given after an Office of Inspector General (OIG) investigation.” We know Obama put that number on his forged Selective Service registration in 2008, we know he used it when he filed his tax return in 2010, and we know that as of March 2012, long after I ran the E-Verify check, he was still using it. We also know that this SSN was not issued to Barack Obama. It was issued to someone with a Connecticut address in March 1977. Where was Obama in March 1977? He was a fifteen year old attending high school in Hawaii! He never lived in Connecticut or traveled to Connecticut as a teenager. What document do you have to provide to the SSA to prove citizenship when applying for a SSN? A birth certificate. Someone who uses a stolen SSN, one that he obtained without providing any documentation of age or citizenship, does so because they don’t have a birth certificate that would prove they are a U.S. citizen. They don’t have a birth certificate that would qualify them for a SSN. They plain don’t have one or the one they have identifies them as a citizen of another country.
The Constitutional requirement for president is “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; …” Note the constitutional distinction of “natural born Citizen” and “Citizen.” The paramount question is: “Why would the founders make the distinction of ‘natural born Citizen’ and ‘Citizen’ if it was not meaningfully important”? Deliberating this case, the Supreme Court recognized that the constitutional framers did not define “natural born Citizen” but that they did know its meaning and that it was different from “Citizen” as stated in our Constitution. It was the framers who made this distinction, and the Court rendered unanimously the definition that children born of PARENTS (note the plural) who are citizens are natural born citizens eligible for the presidency.
The first seven presidents were “Citizens” of the United States and not “natural born Citizens,” yet they qualified for the office (Washington through Jackson) because they were citizens “at the time of the adoption of [the] Constitution”! These presidents had lived through the Revolutionary War; they were patriots, loved our country to the exclusion of Great Britain, and held allegiance to our country as patriots. The founders recognized that a “natural born Citizen,” being born to “Citizen” parents (plural) would have the same regard and love of country as these founders – at least that was their hope, prayer and intention.
Though constitutionally distinct and separate, there are those who argue that Mr. Obama is both a citizen and natural born citizen, and thus eligible for the office of president, because this fits their prejudices. The constitutional citizenship clause does not apply to Obama, as it did to George Washington, because Obama was not alive and “a citizen of the United States” at the time of the adoption of the Constitution (1785). Obama is subject to the “No Person except a natural born Citizen” clause. How does he fare under this clause? Obama has documented that his father was a British subject at the time of his birth and The British Nationality Act of 1772 declares unequivocally that children born of British Subjects, regardless of their birth location, are themselves British Subjects: “That all Persons born, or who hereafter shall be born, … are hereby declared and enacted to be, natural-born Subjects of the Crown of Great Britain, to all Intents, Constructions, and Purposes whatsoever, as if he and they had been and were born in this Kingdom.” Now the issue and question is not where Obama was born, rather “Were both of his parents U.S. citizens when he was born?” By Obama’s own admission, and demonstrated on the questionable documents he has provided the public, the answer is “NO.”
Remember, in 1874 the Supreme Court (Minor v Happersett case) unanimously defined children born of parents (note the plural) who are citizens are “natural born Citizens”; and it is these children who are eligible to hold the office of president of the United States. Because Obama’s father at the time of his birth was a British Subject, and the constitutional definition requires citizen parents, he is not a “natural born Citizen” as required for the office; he is forever excluded from ever meeting the natural born citizen qualification for president. Thus, Obama is ineligible to be president of the United States.
There were eight attempts by members of Congress, during the years Barack Obama was developing a power base and running for president, to remove the Constitution’s requirement that a president be a “natural-born citizen,” suggesting an organized strategy, according to a new video. According to the producer of the video, “As a result, the DNC was forced to remove the ‘constitutionally eligible’ language from the 2008 DNC certification of the Obama-Biden ticket, omitting from the certification the following language – ‘and that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.’ Instead, the DNC only certified that the Obama-Biden ticket was duly nominated for the offices of President and Vice President, using the following language – ‘THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at the National Convention of the Democrat Party of the United States of America, held in Denver, Colorado on August 25 though 28, 2008, the following were duly nominated as candidates of said Party for President and Vice President of the United States respectively:’”
After his election, the producer points out, Obama held a secret meeting with eight of the nine justices of the U.S. Supreme Court from which no public information was released. The meeting was held even though there were legal challenges in which Obama was a defendant pending before the Supreme Court at the time. The attorneys for the plaintiffs never were told of the meeting or invited to participate in what critics have described as extrajudicial contact between the court and a defendant.
How did these members of Congress know, starting in 2003, that a Constitutionally ineligible candidate was going to run for president in 2008?
In both the 2008 and 2012 presidential elections, the Obama campaign purposely disabled the credit card verification system for its website donations, allowing anyone from any foreign country to donate with no limit and no proof of identity; in both elections it was demonstrated that people overseas and people with obviously false identities were able to donate to Obama campaign, in direct violation of several laws. To this day it is not known what percentage of Obama’s campaign funds were illegally obtained, since there is no documentation.
Obama cannot be impeached. He usurped the office of the presidency. The only legal method to remove him is through the Quo Warranto statute. Dr. Edwin Vieria, a nationally recognized Constitutional law expert, addressed this issue back in 2008:
“Seventh, if Obama does become an usurper posturing as “the President,” Congress cannot even impeach him because, not being the actual President, he cannot be “removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors” (see Article II, Section 4). In that case, some other public officials would have to arrest him—with physical force, if he would not go along quietly—in order to prevent him from continuing his imposture. Obviously, this could possibly lead to armed conflicts within the General Government itself, or among the States and the people.
“Eighth, even did something approaching civil war not eventuate from Obama’s hypothetical usurpation, if the Establishment allowed Obama to pretend to be “the President,” and the people acquiesced in that charade, just about everything that was done during his faux “tenure in office” by anyone connected with the Executive Branch of the General Government, and quite a bit done by the Legislative Branch and perhaps the Judicial Branch as well, would be arguably illegitimate and subject to being overturned when a constitutional President was finally installed in office. The potential for chaos, both domestically and internationally, arising out of this systemic uncertainty is breathtaking.
“The underlying problem will not be obviated if Obama, his partisans in the Democratic Party, and his cheerleaders and cover-up artists in the big media simply stonewall the issue of his (non) citizenship and contrive for him to win the Presidential election. The cat is already out of the bag and running all over the Internet. If he continues to dodge the issue, Obama will be dogged with this question every day of his purported “Presidency.”
In March 2008, the State Department launched an investigation of improper computer access to the passport records of Barack Hussein Obama, and days later those of Hillary Clinton and John McCain. The investigation centered on one employee: a contract worker for a company that was headed by John O. Brennan, a key Obama campaign adviser. A month later, the key witness in this case was murdered. Leiutenant (sic) Quarles Harris, Jr., 24, was shot in the head in his car, in front of his church. Brennan later became Obama’s chief counterterrorism advisor, and in January of 2013, became the CIA Director.
On November 5, 2008, the Kenyan Parliament’s minutes stated, “Mr. Obama, is a son of the soil of this country (Kenya). Every other country in this continent is celebrating the Obama win. In 2013, a talk show host described a conversation he had had with actor Harry Lennix. He said that Lennix had been hired to train Obama on how to act presidential more than a decade before Obama became president. Mr. Lennix allegedly said that with Obama there is nothing there. Lennix went on to say that Obama knew in 1998 he would be president. Lennix has since said that the claims are nothing more than hearsay and stated that “Those are not my words,” and “I don’t like Barack Obama or his policies but I never said I trained him or anything of the kind.”
